Great getaway

We spent 3 nights at this retreat. It is in a good location, just outside of town. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for the stay. All the rooms (kitchen/dining, living room and both bedrooms) are very spacious. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. We definitely plan to stay here next time we are in the area.

Excellent scenic spot

Great property with plenty of room. Everything we needed and was nice a quiet and away from the bustle of downtown. Clean and spacious. A great view of the mountains right out of the front door. Highly recommend!

Spacious Home for Families

This cute home on the outskirts is Santa Fe was perfect for our family (3 teens & 2 adults) while skiing at Ski Santa Fe! The home was VERY spacious with plenty of room to spread out! The bedrooms were extra large and there was plenty of room in the kitchen for everyone to gather. Some have mentioned the small bathroom and I honestly expected something much smaller. It seemed like a pretty normal 3/4 bath to us! The property was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the 3 acres in the evening. It was a short drive to dining and shopping in Santa Fe and a 40 minute drive to the ski slopes. I’ve marked this as a favorite and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful area

Property was remote, and we like remote. Nice big home, well stocked. Advertised 2 wood burning fireplaces, but when we arrived, electric inserts were in place. Really disappointed that we couldn’t use the wood burning fireplace.we brought wood all the way from our Colorado home. This is called bait and switch

Santa Fe - Peaceful Mountain-View

location was good. quiet, close to downtown and shopping. One thing that put us off, was that the described fireplace that we were looking forward to, was no longer usable. an electric flame simulation was in place now for the fireplace. also there seemed to be many remotes for the TV that no longer used. there was one remote out of the five that was needed. there was also no house book with instructions on how the heating was control. the heat seemed to be a collage of three different heating types and confusing as to how you controlled some of them. granted there was an instruction blurb on the emailed site, and we did not call for support. But still there should be a house book with some of this information and it could be a bit clearer on how this worked. otherwise, the house was very good, good location, comfortable. so, no real issues there.

Beautiful Santa Fe Retreat

Great place just a short distance to the plaza and near the Galisteo Basin Preserve Trails which are perfect for hiking and mountain biking. House was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside watching the birds and the sunsets. Perfect place for us and our dogs.

Adobe house in pinyon juniper forest.

We arrived early and our house was not finish being cleaned. We were allowed to unload in the li ing room and return at checkin time. The house was great. The two bedrooms are completely away from each other which would be ni e for privacy. ( we only used one). We both got some virus and spent a lot of time in the home which was comfortable and roomy.

Private but close to Santa Fe museums, downtown, grocery store and great open to hike. Nice sunset viewing from front sitting area Clean and ready for our stay. Just one small issue was no DVD player which was listed.

Beautiful property in quite neighborhood. Bathroom with one of the room is very small. Both toilet and shower are inconvenient if you are slightly bigger built. Property needs some maintenance. Dishwasher was not working, Washer was having issues and family room TV was loosely mounted on its legs.

A private place to stay

The house was generally comfortable and clean and the location is private. The master bath is very nice and spacious and there was plenty of room for our group in the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Only issues were the minimal furnishings (no nightstands or lamps in the second bedroom, no where to sit in either bedroom) and the bathroom in the second bedroom which is extremely small - even for a person weighing 103 lbs and 5'1' tall.

Very clean, but uncommunicative host

The location is beautiful, but a bit of a drive to the plaza and to Ski Santa Fe. The kitchen is not well stocked (no serving/salad bowls). The main issue is lack of communication with the host. We emailed with a question and did not receive a response.
