Santa Fe comfort

The home was located convenient to most everything and was very quiet and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and nice fenced backyard.

Great spot for a getaway!

We loved our stay - the property was very well located in Santa Fe, close to the Plaza and walking distance to Clafoutis (can't miss), a yoga studio, and other local faves. The bedrooms were a good size, with comfortable bedding. Lots of room for each of us in our party to spread out and take work calls privately as needed. I'd definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay!

Our house was perfect. The decor was so fun and homey. We loved hanging out on the back porch and playing croquet every night with our son and parents. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves returning to New Mexico.

Our kids loved playing bumper pool inside, bocce ball outside, and some of the supplied board games. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Cute Retro Property

We enjoyed our stay at the oasis. The beds were comfortable, it was well stocked, and the yard was great. Some of the pots and pans were dirty and had food residue, but otherwise everything was great. The communication with the host was top notch, quick to respond and the check in/check out process was seamless. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s across the street from a funeral home. No problem for me or most others in my party, but some people may be weirded out by that.

Pretty much as advertised

My wife was horrified that there was a funeral home across the street (Our friends at dinner sort of agreed with her) it really didn't bother me. Backyard was relaxing. My wife is artistic so she enjoyed some of the whimsical associated with this place--me, not so much. Not impressed with bathroom/shower area. It was however very quiet which we appreciated(especially across the street--I told my wife that folks were dying to get into that place!! More than adequate

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: OMG the beds were so comfortable. So much so that my wife took a picture of the padded topper that seemed to make all the difference. Beyond that, the fenced back yard was great for our dogs, along with the two parks very close by and withing walking distance. Everything seemed to be within a 5-10 minute drive. Consignment stores on Cerrillos, the Plaza, hikes on the east side. It was a very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood for morning walks. The kids loved the bumper pool, too. Plenty of room for us to spread out as well. Loved that as soon as we opened the door, I got a text from the property manager that gave me the wi-fi info and contact info of the PM. Cool Tech!

It has all the amenities that you need to enjoy your time in Santa Fe. The house is located close to most sites in the city. Enjoyable walks in the neighborhood and local parks. Within walking distance of the Railyard. Close driving distance to downtown/plaza area and Museum Hill. On a warm sunny day a great place to sit is the outdoor patio which is well stock with chairs, table and games. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner and manager were most helpful and were accessible. I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone. You couldn't ask for more.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience itself was smooth and easy - communication and instructions were clear and helpful. I would say that I don’t think the quality of the home warranted the nightly price of the rental. The pictures and then the reality were very different. On the good side, the home was clean, linens and towels good quality, kitchen well equipped and nice sized backyard. Downside - the home is much older and while they’ve decorated it nicely, it’s dark inside, low ceilings and much smaller than pictures would have you believe. Furthermore, driving up to the house had us very worried at first because there is no curb appeal. In fact, the condition of the small front yard had us thinking the home had been “neglected”.

It was a short drive from the center of town but a good trade off for having a little room to spread out. It was clean and comfortable and in a good neighborhood. The management was needed for one tiny issue that was easily and promptly addressed and fixed. It was about a battery issue with the door lock but there was a back up key. I am mentioning the issue so you would know it was no big deal and someone answered the call immediately. I would definitely recommend this property to others. It is properly stocked and even has extras. It had everything kitchen wise and cleaning wise and we were super excited to find an ice chest for our outings. Thank you for providing our family with a comfortable safe place to stay during our vacation.

The house is conveniently situated to major roads, grocery stores, and the main sights of Santa Fe, and served as perfect home base for our adventures.I can't recommend this mid-century retreat enough for anyone looking to escape to Santa Fe. My long holiday weekend felt like a journey back in time, and I'm already looking forward to the next opportunity to stay in this home.
