Everything about our stay was great. Attentive, considerate hosts with a well appointed house. It’s within walking distance of the plaza and the restaurants in Santa Fe. Three bedrooms with comfy beds and en suite bathrooms. Nice patio area. Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. Perfect location - walkable to everything downtown and a short drive to the ski mountain. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Our host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home that is clean and well appointed. The owner had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We have stayed at many VRBO properties, but this property was one of the very best. Walking distance to the plaza is a bonus. If you choose this property you won’t be disappointed. It is a jewel in the heart of Santa Fe.

Great location and great property

The property is great and spacious for the 4 of us who stayed here. Each room with their own bathroom and tv is wonderful. Kitchen is updated with quality appliances. Checking in was very easy and was very clean upon arrival. Host took the time to communicate days up to our trip to make sure any questions were answered ahead of time when possible. Location was great with an easy walk (10 min) to the Santa Fe plaza to enjoy the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful and well-stocked with anything we needed for our 3-night stay in Santa Fe. The host was very professional and communicative leading up to our trip. The detailed arrival and departure procedures were flawless.The extra touches of cold water bottles, ground coffee and snacks were lovely. The property is in an excellent location that is steps away from all the sites and great restaurants. Will definitely book again the next trip. This place was perfect. I never leave reviews and felt the need to do so with this property.

Exploring Santa Fe

The apartment was perfect for our trip of 3 couples. It was very comfortable and had a great location. We walked to the Plaza and even down to Canyon Rd . The kitchen was well appointed and even had a great basket of snacks.

Family weekend getaway

The property was the nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The home was spacious and beautiful, very well appointed, excellent location. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The outdoor fireplace was wonderful for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers as well as late evening drinks after a night out. The host was very helpful and accommodating, I would definitely recommend this to friends and hope to stay here again.

An amazingly wonderful stay

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. From our first interaction with the owner to closing the door behind us when we left, our stay was very positive. We liked: The home is truly in the heart of downtown. We walked to restaurants, museums and shops… It had three bedrooms, each with it’s own separate bath....The host left us detailed instructions about navigating ingress an egress of the property…there were small signs everywhere explaining the use of the home….the outside fireplaces was our gathering spot. It was very special…the host responded immediately when we were unable to turn the furnace on…and they provided drinks and snacks for us! I know you will love this home as much as we did!’

Perfect Santa Fe Getaway!

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a girls' trip and it was perfect! The townhouse is very conveniently located near the plaza, where we spent most of our time. It's easy to walk to and from the plaza. The townhouse was perfectly clean, stocked with water bottles, some light snacks, and toiletry supplies. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook and dine there. I would highly recommend this lovely townhome for your next Santa Fe stay!

The home is beautiful, well built and perfectly set up for our six adults to stay there in 3 BR and 3 bathes. A better value than 3 nights at any DT hotel room. Walkable to everything in DT Santa Fe. We would rent again!

Girl’s Trip

I stayed at Kerry’s property with two of my friends. The layout was perfect as we all had our own separate spaces to relax. The condo itself was pristine and Kerry was available at all times for any questions. We were walking distance to the Plaza which was exactly what we wanted. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and we felt safe at all times. I would highly recommended staying at this location. You can’t go wrong.

Nice place, well stocked, and clean but...

Pluses: very well kept, clean and in a quiet spot in Santa Fe a bit off the beaten path... Minuses: many many moths during our stay. Must have seen at least 15-20 moths during our stay. While they were benign it was annoying especially at night. We also saw a roach when we came in...but never again. It is in the city so I guess that can happen but again left sort of a creepy feeling especially when you just opened the door. The location was OK but a bit removed from things and across the street from a large office building that looks out on the patio...which is right on the street.

Grand Girl’s Getaway
