Thank you for the feedback. We are so sorry that you did not enjoy this property. Most of our guests are quite satisfied, but everyone has different standards. We recommend that future guests take the virtual tour and study the pictures, as they represent the property accurately.

We give each guest a unique code that gets generated a week before you arrive, but if needed we are always willing to give the address of the home before that point.
