This is a lovely unit in a very secure little community. The furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. It was really helpful to have 3 bathrooms. The location is fantastic—very walkable to restaurants, stores, museums. There is also a gas station with a mini-mart just 2 blocks away which was open on Christmas! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Lovely place, wonderful location, very clean and comfortable. A couple of notes:-Time to replace LR rug, major tripping hazard at curled-up edges. -Garage code did not work-Robe clean but has big stain-No coffee available

Great location and great space! Rooftop is really a balcony off of a bedroom; could not use either fireplace even after reaching out to manager; small coffee pot brewed 5 cups… not enough for condo that sleeps 6! Only one parking spot. Vrbo rents this thru Vacasa.Having said all that, would still rent again.

The home was just as described, it was within walking distance of the Old Plaza. There were 3 couples in our group and there was plenty of room to stretch out.Be careful of the area rug in the living room, it's curled along the edges and is a trip hazard.The GPS address took us to the hotel side of the property. The attendant there was very helpful. In our instructions we did not receive a garage code, however the hotel attendant provided us with the code. Once we were in the property, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Just a few notes for the owner:1) the front door is the only door that had a lock on it.2) bedroom door would not catch in the latch, we had to put our shoe against the door to keep it closed.3) the sheets have pills on them.These issues did not ruin our stay, we had a great visit and we would stay again.

This was a perfect house for my husband’s family to share. Everyone had a space to stay that was comfortable and the kitchen was a great place to cook and gather. The host Kevin was readily available for any of our questions and accommodating to our requests.

Lovely condo, pretty clean inside, good kitchen supplies, outdoor areas need some TLC. There were a couple maintenance issues - management was glad to learn of them so they could be addressed.

Beautiful and clean, with a few kinks to work out

Loved the layout, cleanliness overall, location. Directions and codes were wrong and confusing at times. Also fireplaces didn’t work and jet hot tub not cleans properly. Once Vacasa helped with the incorrect info in the checkin codes, they other things didn’t get I. The way of our trip, yet would have been nice to have functioning . We would stay there again.

Nice property but very poor experience with local agency (Vacasa). Not what we expected from a VRBO

When we checked in we noticed that the heating was not working. It was 50 degrees so quite cold and no hot water either. We called the local manager and notified her of the issue. She said she would try to call a maintenance service but never gave us an ETA or assure us that the problem would be resolved. Instead she tried to push us out of the house saying she would give us a refund. This being Thanksgiving weekend and we being a family of 5 it was hard to find anything else of the same quality/size. She offered to put us up in another Vacasa property which was 1/2 the size and very run down. The toilets were for toddlers. We did not have a choice but to accept it as a temporary stay for one night. Next day, still no ETA or assurance from her to have the issue fixed! She just said she would let us know when it would be looked at! Totally unacceptable for a professionally run place. It's not good that she did not have a regular service to fix these types of issues that she could reach out to. Given that this was an emergency she should have been able to hire a service to do this even if it was at extra cost. Someone showed up at 3.30pm (24 hours) and fixed the issue in 15 mins. It was due to not have cleaned the filter. After the HVAC maintenance left we noticed that the bedroom thermostat was broken and not functional. I reached out to her about it but she simply ignored my message! Thankfully my son figured out that the battery in the thermostat needed to be replaced!

El Corazon vacay

Condo was spotless! Lots of room to enjoy family time. Only complaints are not enough towels in master and courtyard was a mess and totally not useable! In addition we were not given correct code for garage entrance which made checkin a nightmare. The 800 number was no help. Finally someone within complex left a gate open, we found office and got correct code. Also parking instructions were not correct and we had to get that from office.

Comfortable and Cozy

Quiet location, walkable to downtown, markets and restaurants. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen but no condiments. Communication was prompt with Vacasa but wished there was a book with instructions on how to operate the front door, fireplaces, WiFi and recommended sights/restaurants. Overall wonderful stay.

The Good....the Bad.....

Property and location were everything we hoped for. Check in was a little difficult b/c codes were not quite complete. Lock to get in house needs looking at. An info book inside would help. Our water got turned completely off during our stay (24 hrs) Alarm went off in the night giving such a fright - mgmt did not know there was an alarm......

Great location great space

Check in a bit difficult. Need better info on how to use door lock and we wasted time looking for a non existent parking pass. But, location and unit were great. Very spacious and had every amenity. Definitely would recommend to others.

Beautiful Retreat - Can’t Wait to Return

Location was fantastic…Property was even better than the description and photos on the VRBO site…spotlessly clean and fresh…neighborhood was safe and quiet…individual bedrooms were discrete and quiet which was great when sharing with friends…stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and cooking implements needed…toiletries included in bathrooms were a nice, unexpected touch…the only negative was the “front gate” code we were provided via e-mail from VRBO did not work - so we entered through the garage when returning each day (but very minor issue to say the least)…can’t wait to return!
