We had such a fantastic stay at this spacious and cozy home convenient to everywhere we went. It had everything we could ever need and more! A perfect stay for us and our little one. A beautifully decorated home with the full Santa Fe experience. The instructions and home manual were excellent resources and the host’s attention to detail throughout the space was impeccable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

Everything was perfect with this home. Great location with an easy walk to many attractions and restaurants. Home is immaculately maintained with quality bedding and linens. One of the best VRBO homes that we have stayed at. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous, with well-stocked kitchen. Absolutely spotless. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance to Plaza, but we drove our car because of chance of rain.

Cozy well appointed home

We were four adults staying at this property and we all loved it. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. The home is well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. There is even radiant floor heat which is such a great feature for our late October stay. Everything you need is there. The southwest decor added to the ambiance of our trip, which as east coasters we really enjoyed. Don't pass on this property. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect rental

We spent three nights in Santa Fe and didn’t want to leave! This place was perfect for two adult couples. Good indoor and outdoor space; quiet and convenient; spacious bathrooms; fireplace which was great on a chilly Saturday night; super comfortable. No complaints whatsoever.

This property is truly a five star rental!

Everything about this rental is truly first class from the ease of checking in, cleanliness, two great king bedrooms, master with attached bath and the other king had a bath across the hall. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need if you decide to cook. Lovely front yard to sit outside and relax after a day of shopping. Shera answered any question very promptly. It was within walking distance of the main part of town. Also a very short drive up to Canyon Road to all the galleries. Overall I would definitely recommend staying there.

Cozy Santa Fe retreat

The house was perfect for two couples- super clean and comfortable. Close to downtime but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Property manager was amazing- I thought I left something at house and she went above and beyond to help.

Amazing place for our girls' weekend

We stayed at this property for 4 nights in August. From the minute we walked in the front door, we knew we had made the right choice for our girls' weekend. The 2 king beds easily accommodated 4 adults. Lots of staples in the kitchen including coffee which we really appreciated. Neighborhood is quiet but not secluded. With easy walking distance of the Plaza and many bars/restaurants/museums/historical sites. Check in and check out instructions were very clear. Thank you for a lovely stay; we would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay

We just returned from a week at this property. We were two adult couples. It's rare that you find two king suites, especially ones that are as nice as the ones at this property. The upstairs suite is totally private with a balcony, a small office/sitting room, a good-sized bedroom, a laundry room/closet with full sized laundry facilities and lots of closet space, and a bathroom with TWO sinks (!), a shower and a jetted tub. The downstairs suite has a good-sized bedroom, huge closet, and bathroom across the hall. The king-sized beds are huge and quite wonderful. Linens are luxurious. Everything about this property is top-notch, from the keyless entry system to the very accommodating host. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need with service for eight. The place is spotless and that includes windows. Everything is well-marked as to how things work, from the room air conditioning units to the shades. Because we were there during a cool period we did not use the air conditioners much, preferring to open the windows, which also work like a charm. There is a small patio, with a charming, totally private garden and a very nice grill. The furniture on the patio was sufficient, but we missed having a table. No place to put down your plate and your glass. Parking is tight, so I wouldn't bring a huge van. There are places on the street to park as well, but the week we were there one of the neighboring houses was having construction work done, so extra parking during the day was a little dodgy. The neighborhood is quiet and quite lovely. All in all, we would return here in a heartbeat Victoria

Pretty perfect

Everything was pretty perfect! The location was an easy walk into Old Town. Groceries and other needs, wants, and on ramp to highway very near by. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The accommodations were just so lovely and comfortable. Coffee in the courtyard each morning before heading out. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor and art added to a great vacation. Everything we might need was there! All aspects of renting and checking in were a breeze. I would highly recommend!

Beating the Santa Fe crowds

The location puts the Plaza Museums, restaurants and the Indian Portal within easy walking distance. The Home itself is a distillation of things Santa Fe, particularly the great little patio. We couldn't have asked for more.

Spirit of Santa Fe

We could not have been happier staying in this lovely Santa Fe home. Our first visit to the city was made all the more unique by the beautiful condo outfitted with all things Southwestern. It was the perfect set up for two couples, as we each had our own space, yet the common area connected to the patio was perfect for gathering and hanging out. The attention to detail, such as the art, furnishings, guide books, and well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry is not something that is seen in most vacation rentals. Cleanliness is top on my list of must haves and this place was as clean as they come. Waking up to have coffee on the patio and returning each afternoon for drinks and conversation in this perfect spot really enhanced our wonderful experience in Santa Fe.

Great location, beautiful house

This is a beautifully furnished and decorated little adobe house with two master suites. It is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the old town or Canyon Road. We highly recommend it!

Perfect, almost

The house is like brand-new, it is so clean and well-maintained. There was no skimping in the construction and furnishing of this house. Down to the Pendleton blankets placed as throws for use on the beds and couch, everything is top-notch. The location can't be beat-- a quiet residential street but only a 12 minute walk to the Plaza and a five minute drive to a nice supermarket. The wonderful Dolina's is a five minute walk away for coffee and really good pastries. Even though the house is close to the Plaza, it is also very near the north edge of town-- hiking areas are a ten minute drive away. There was also no skimping on supplies. Unlike at some rentals, after a two-week stay we weren't close to running out of the owner-supplied paper products, dishwasher detergent, etc. We had one problem, probably arising from someone leaving the door of the front-loading clothes washer closed after using. The washer and dryer are in the walk-in closet off the main, upstairs bedroom, and when we first opened the closet door we got a whoosh of mildew smell. The smell was imperceptible outside of the closet, but because we are allergic to mold and mildew we were unable to use the upstairs bedroom- we know because we tried it one night. The owner was unaware of the problem until we told her about it, and I hope it has been resolved now, as the house is otherwise perfectly maintained.
