Casita Cynthia was more than what I expected. My wife, dog and I stayed for 8 nights while we attended to personal business in town. Our dog did great during the stay. Having the extra bathroom, sink and a full-stocked kitchen was so much better than a hotel room. The post office across the street provided an excellent area of grass for the dog to go. The underground parking seemed like a privilege. And location was ideal.

What a fantastic stay in Santa Fe at Casita Cynthia! The total experience was perfect! Starting with the beautiful first floor condo with its private courtyard/patio, the wonderful and thoughtful welcome basket/gift, and perfect location, especially if spending time on the great plaza area! Just a 5 minute/two block walk away to great dining, shopping, art and exploring! The beds were comfy and the condo was very room and clean! Everything we needed was at our fingertips! Old Town Condo

Nice location with private underground parking. Helpful communication with host and excellent instructions for accessing the parking and the condo. The condo complex is very private and secure yet within walking distance of museums, stores, restaurants, and the Plaza. Really enjoyed visiting Santa Fe and the surrounding areas!

The Crown Jewel of Downtown Santa Fe

Casita Cynthia is, by far, our favorite place to stay in downtown Santa Fe. It is the perfect size for a couple, with comfortable furnishings and wonderful art. The unit is located in a quiet, gated complex with underground parking. And most importantly, it is literally just a few blocks from the Plaza and other downtown attractions --- all easily accessed by walking without having to cross major thoroughfares. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and one of the most comfortable king-size beds we've ever slept on in a VRBO property. The property owner, Cynthia, does an excellent job in communicating and providing helpful information, and is very responsive. We have stayed in a variety of VRBO properties over the years - This one beats them all. Highly recommended!

Downtown Oasis!

This condo has all of the best: a 5 minute walk to the Plaza, a lovely garden, the most comfortable bed, a perfect lay-out, a kitchen full of sharp knives and gourmet pans, delicious welcome snacks and wine, and THE most responsive, lovely managers I've ever encountered. At the last minute, our adult son decided to join us, and Casey made up the studio bed, and both Cynthia and Casey made us feel so welcome. We're a mom and dad with grown children and grandchildren, and lots of family in Northern NM. We've stayed in many VRBO properties in Santa Fe with 3 or more bedrooms. But we can't wait to stay here again when we're only 2 or 3!

Great location, well-provisioned, lovely place

We enjoyed our stay and appreciation the thoroughness of our hostess - communications, provisions in the condo, and care. The location is excellent; you also can use the underground parking if you rent a car (we did). The noise level from street wasn't an issue (thanks for the sound maker in the bedroom). You do in evenings hear the people who live above moving about, but it dies down when it's time to sleep. There are plenty of the supplies you need (shampoo, toilet paper, a very well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking items you need, and coffee, cream, and sparkling water in the refrigerator as well a lovely welcome basket. High recommend!
