Great getaway

Property is neat and well cared for. Apartment had all we needed and was ideal location for exploring Santa Fe. We used the gym almost daily and the staff was responsive.Host was in excellent contact and was very good about ensuring we got our value from the stay.

Truly wonderful VRBO experience

We loved everything about this stay and the condo. It is perfectly located within walking distance of all of the wonderful places in downtown Santa Fe. The condo so comfortable and lovely and the host is outstanding. She responded to our every question and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The Crown Jewel of Downtown Santa Fe

Casita Cynthia is, by far, our favorite place to stay in downtown Santa Fe. It is the perfect size for a couple, with comfortable furnishings and wonderful art. The unit is located in a quiet, gated complex with underground parking. And most importantly, it is literally just a few blocks from the Plaza and other downtown attractions --- all easily accessed by walking without having to cross major thoroughfares. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and one of the most comfortable king-size beds we've ever slept on in a VRBO property. The property owner, Cynthia, does an excellent job in communicating and providing helpful information, and is very responsive. We have stayed in a variety of VRBO properties over the years - This one beats them all. Highly recommended!

Downtown Oasis!

This condo has all of the best: a 5 minute walk to the Plaza, a lovely garden, the most comfortable bed, a perfect lay-out, a kitchen full of sharp knives and gourmet pans, delicious welcome snacks and wine, and THE most responsive, lovely managers I've ever encountered. At the last minute, our adult son decided to join us, and Casey made up the studio bed, and both Cynthia and Casey made us feel so welcome. We're a mom and dad with grown children and grandchildren, and lots of family in Northern NM. We've stayed in many VRBO properties in Santa Fe with 3 or more bedrooms. But we can't wait to stay here again when we're only 2 or 3!

Great location, well-provisioned, lovely place

We enjoyed our stay and appreciation the thoroughness of our hostess - communications, provisions in the condo, and care. The location is excellent; you also can use the underground parking if you rent a car (we did). The noise level from street wasn't an issue (thanks for the sound maker in the bedroom). You do in evenings hear the people who live above moving about, but it dies down when it's time to sleep. There are plenty of the supplies you need (shampoo, toilet paper, a very well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking items you need, and coffee, cream, and sparkling water in the refrigerator as well a lovely welcome basket. High recommend!

Southwestern Charm and Great Amenities

Clean and comfortable condo with interesting regional decor and a delightful welcome basket. The owner provided exceptional service and wonderful recommendations. The cozy enclosed courtyard is perfect for relaxing, enjoying the complementary bottle of wine and playing with your pup. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance and are dog friendly.

Perfect Condo to stay in!

El Corazon Condominium Complex is an ideal location when Visiting Santa Fe. We walked the Plaza every morning and enjoyed all it has to offer. Whether you've been to Santa Fe before, or it is your first time to visit, you will NOT go wrong staying here. Cynthia has thought of every detail and her condo is a perfect place to stay when here. The home is clean, clean, clean. The bed is comfortable and every amenity imaginable is provided. The instructions were all very clear and we didn't have a single issue while staying here. We will be back for sure and just hope the place is available when we are back in Santa Fe.

Perfect place to enjoy Santa Fe and the surrounding area.

Communication both before and during our stay with Cynthia/Casey was excellent. Check-in was straight forward. Parking was in a secure garage underneath with an assigned space. The condo was very nice and clean and well stocked far beyond essentials. The outdoor patio area is great to read the morning paper (provided) or an afternoon drink. The location is fantastic both for walking to the Plaza (7 minutes) or getting to the local freeways if you want to take some day trips (which we did - Taos, Bandelier, Santo Domingo Pueblo). Our only issue was we could occasionally here others using the recycle and waste containers nearby and the occasional loud vehicle on the street behind the unit but this was a minor issue. We much preferred staying in a nice, fully furnished condo vs a hotel We would stay here again

Best ever rental experience!

This property is just as advertised. Very clean, very well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was as well appointed as our’s at home. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The property seemed secure and quiet. And it is a short walk to food and attractions. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect Stay

Cynthia's condo is absolutely clean and neatly stocked with everything you need. The kitchen pans, utensils and basic pantry items were easily found. Extra sheets and towels are conveniently marked. TV and music are easily accessed. Great washer and dryer in-unit. The patio is very pretty with nice seating. The location is excellent. This is a great location for walking to The Railyard, Canyon Road and all the historic center museums and restaurants. We highly recommend this condo.

A wonderful condo

Location is a short walk to the plaza. Condo is roomy, clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped. The owner thought of everything, including coffee, half and half, and chips. She was constantly available, immediately helpful, and very attentive to details. We’ll be back.

Long SF weekend

Winter retreat

We have stayed several times and love the condo. Central to the plaza just blocks away. We take our small dog and she loves it. Great get away! We got up to Taos ski valley for a day and loved the snow.

Fabulous Stay!

I stayed at Cynthia's beautiful Condo with my 2 dogs and it was just perfect. I like to cook most of my meals at home and her kitchen had everything one would need - AND great cookware! (not always the case when you travel!) The grounds were beautiful, and the location ideal with it being just a short walk to downtown. We will be back!

Another perfect time staying at this wonderful property. Inviting, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The location could not be better. There was even a welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived with a very kind note from Cynthia. What a thoughtful touch! She is indeed a premiere host. Cynthia makes sure all visitors are well taken care of, and she is always available to communicate with. She even kept us informed of possible weather conditions on our drive to Santa Fe. Comfortable and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at Cynthia's condo. It was very convenient for just walking into downtown Santa Fe. The unit was very comfortable, the bed was great and everything was as described online. We felt very secure and enjoyed the gas fireplace and the well- equiped kitchen. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Santa Fe.
