My family (including my two dogs) stayed in this awesome house August 2021 for my birthday. The decor was just so wacky and fun!! It was fun finding all of the Godzilla details that were included! The open living area and nicely sized backyard we’re great places to hang out (esp for the dogs). It was walking distance to downtown and lovely trails/parks. Grocery stores very conveniently located. The place is very clean and well kept, and the management is very responsive and nice to work with. Ryan and his team were so prompt in answering my questions before our trip.
There was also a nice gift basket for us upon arrival.
There were a few drawbacks. The backyard still had a couple of doggie droppings that were left over from a previous visit, so I had to clean those up after arriving. Also, when we got there, the bathroom and kitchen were missing hand soap, so we had to go out and buy some (the next morning someone came by to drop off a couple of liquid hand soap dispensers). Lastly, after our departure I received an email from Two Casitas that the groundskeeper reported a lamp was broken, and to replace it would be $120. I had asked my sister about it since she was staying in the room, and she confirmed that the bulb only broke. The lamp should be intact. Two casitas checked and confirmed that it was indeed the case, and I wasn’t charged. So the issue was worked out, but it was a slight damper on the experience to be notified of an unwarranted charge.
Overall I recommend staying here! It’s a very unique, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable house. Enjoy!
