The space is beautiful, surrounded by gardens. This is our third day here and we will always come back and bring Friends. We did not come to ski so we did not answer that prompt. We enjoyed the great beds, doesn’t matter the well stocked kitchen, family, unique Santa Fe vibe of your properties. Thank you so much!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Secluded but in a neighborhood and near town; hosts that are efficient and helpful but not overbearing; and a casita that is clean and well stocked, feeling like the modern home you always wanted with abundant natural light.

Perfect location to go downtown and then drive into Glorietta for some mountain biking. We brought a cot for our 13 year old to sleep on and our daughter slept on the couch..room for everyone. The main bed was super comfy with soft blankets and plenty of pillows. The casita is super clean and has everything you would need…even had a towel for ‘makeup’ and little packages with q-tips, cotton balls and pluckers. It’s those little things that make this place stand out. Highly recommend. No complaints here…thanks for sharing your place!

I found this jewel a year ago and went back this summer. The home is very comfortable and the location is wonderful. The house is tucked back behind vegetation that is beautifully done! We enjoyed the outdoor space and bird watching!I will return!

Almost everything was wonderful. Only complaint was the bed being described as a queen when it was a full size . The saving grace was the pull out was comfortable. Polished concrete floors were very nice but the rugs could be better if they have a non slip back. Two minor concerns on an otherwise great experience.

Relaxing Casita!

The gravel path leads you thru the charming gardens to the front door. Casita is clean with attractive furnishings an a lot of natural light. Room divider is very nice, especially if there were more guests. Very quiet, off street parking, and easy drive to shops, restaurants, markets, museums and churches. I would definitely stay here again!

Mark and Donna's visit to Santa Fe and Taos

Casa Arbolitas was a perfect base for us to attend the Native American Crafts Festival and to explore Santa Fe, Taos, and surrounding area. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed with a beautiful garden view. Our friends stayed in a downtown hotel but the more tranquil setting of Casa Arbolitas was a better fit for us!

Modern peaceful casita

The casita is modern, peaceful, and perfect. I was so happy to find it available, this was my second time to stay here. It’s a great home base for sightseeing. It’s also great for remote work. I can’t wait to return.

Love this casa!

Clean, attractively decorated and super comfortable. This guest house was quiet and had everything we could want or need. It is set back off the road so it felt very private. The hosts were extremely responsive to our few questions. Would stay here again or highly recommend this to anyone coming to Santa Fe.

Our family of four, including two VERY active children, loved our stay. Beautiful, simple, private and wildly convenient. Check-in/check-out process was easy and clearly communicated. Will stay again. What a breath of fresh air!

Less Private Than Expected

Overall, we had a lovely stay! The studio had beautiful lighting, amazing windows, and a nice garden area. The unit was clean and very acceptable. We were definitely a bit disappointed with the lack of privacy (the “privacy” is what drove us to rent this place over others!). As an FYI there are actually two units in the same building with shared walls. You can hear talking, normal use of cabinets and doors, and general movements/sounds of people in the other unit (even when they are just living normally and producing normal sounds). Having the blinds open to the large windows is EXCEPTIONAL (honestly, so lovely and relaxing), until your shared unit neighbors walk by and either look in and make prolonged eye contact with you on their way to or from their unit (or, the second renters politely and awkwardly trying not to look your way). To note, the private patio for this particular unit is directly adjacent to the shared walkway for both rental units and so you may be likely to encounter other renters and/or gardening/cleaning staff, depending on the time of day. One of the days we were relaxing in the early afternoon between activities while the gardener’s leaf blowing was going for 30-ish minutes on and off. There are also some barking dogs in the neighborhood that will alert you of their presence when walking between the car and the unit. Despite the above, we had a lovely stay overall, but wanted to share our experience so others are informed to make decisions!

Strange and stressful experience.

The walls are paper thin, and so on the first night, and several nights afterwards, after I called the owner to complain about harassing noises, the owner promised me a refund. Here are her words when I requested a refund "Yes of course that won’t be a problem." I am waiting for the huge refund. I put the mattress on the floor to get it away from the noise from the wall. (which damaged my neck) I left everything in great condition, except I did leave the mattress (clean and in the same exact condition) on the floor, as I am unable to lift it back on the framing, which would be easy for one of her many strong workers on her property. She accused me of damages, which is a blatant lie, as I have a witness and video footage when I left. If you are single, and vulnerable, and ***Jewish***please stay away from these people at all costs! They will try to steal your money and your time. The widows do not have screens, and open from the bottom of the floor, which is dangerous as anyone can break in day or night, as well, snakes or other creatures can easily come through the windows. She had maids almost daily on her property, perhaps it was one of them damaging her property. Certainly not me.
