The photos don’t do justice to this charming condo. Spacious, clean, well located. We loved the cozy furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is small but was perfectly outfitted for our needs. Highly recommend!

Great location

Walk to plaza and all of downtown Santa Fe. Local restaurants too. Nice layout of unit and pretty garden. Rooftop deck with sunset views. Could use a little TLC. Otherwise a good place to stay.

The house was in a great location to access all the things we wanted to do. Having parking was a huge plus. Things were a little more worn than the pictures of the location showed. Also, the access code was so long and there was such little time to put it in getting in the building became a race against time.

Comfortable haven for walking tourists of Santa Fe

From the moment we entered, we felt comfortable and ready to relax. We appreciated that we could each have our own room and en suite, at either end of the unit - so no worrying about who’s up late or early. After full days of wandering around museums, galleries, churches, and stores, it was a great place to unwind each evening. Conveniently located, clean, and comfortable.

Visit with family

The number one thing for us is AC in the summer in Santa Fe where we visit more than once a year for the past 14 years. None of the units worked and in spite of many texts and phone calls, no service people ever came to help us. Location is great tho the parking place reserved for us was ocupie

Charming but a few issues

First thing, parking was a problem when first we arrived. The area is smaller than stated. 2 tiny compact cars maybe but our Toyota Tacoma took 3/4 of space. Plus it’s a shared area, unfortunately they were blocking our side so our truck barely fit. Numerous phone calls and text messages flew back and forth with the management company.

Great location Quaint decor

Love the layout and location. Had a little trouble getting in but eventually got lock to work. Used Uber/Lyft to restaurant/museum areas to avoid parking in city centre. Layout allowed 2 friends privacy.

Cozy property near downtown

The house is clean, cozy, and near La Plaza. Very centric! We stayed with our two daughters and our two small dogs. Overall perfect for a relaxing getaway in a traditional place

No working TVs and irresponsive maintenance services

TV service was terrible. The TV in the living room only worked for some bad channels and the other two TVs didnt work at all. I called and texted the number provided (many times as they werent responsive as they should) and when I finally was responded, they said the house does not offer TV stream services, and the tecnician was not available when I needed it. Resulting that I spent 6 nights at the house without TV. Also, there were ants in the bathroom and kitchen, the windows were dirty with spiderwebs and big spots of humidity in the corners of the living room walls-ceiling

Beautiful Home in the Perfect Neighborhood

Casa Las Rosas was just what we needed for a week in Santa Fe. Close to the shops and dining, surrounded by a beautiful neighborhood with quiet comfort inside. Sunsets on the balcony were a daily appointment not to be missed. The bedrooms are far enough apart to provide privacy and quiet for the early risers or late nighters, and both have comfortable full bathrooms. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe!

Fun in Santa Fe

Great location!! Close to the Plaza. Traditional New Mexican home with tile, wonderful art work, small garden patio. It would be beneficial to have a "welcome guide that includes quick info for the heating system, TV." We had a wonderful time and I would definitely go back.

This historic house is beautiful and very large, and the courtyard and deck are a delight, depending on the time of day. The location is absolutely perfect for walking into the heart of Santa Fe, and we never wanted to leave! Thanks!

Great Location!

Was a wonderful property. Cuter than it looks in the photos. Just a couple blocks to town for everything that you would need. Great for our family of four. My wife and I slept upstairs in the master with the deck, and our daughters slept in the downstairs bedroom. We had a couple challenges. One with plumbing and the other with the A/C units. The property team was very helpful and responsive with these challenges. I would return for sure and would recommend.

Santa Fe in the Spring

Had a lovely week in Sante Fe (could have been a little warmer 🙂). Our location was so convenient to coffee, shopping and restaurants. The condo was very clean and the living space provided both common and private areas.
