Santa Fe Haven

Several friends and I were in Santa Fe for the Literary Festival. The home embodies the perfect Santa Fe vibe. Everything was perfect — I can’t think of a single negative thing. In fact, everything I can think of on any dimension can only be described in superlatives and way above expectations. There’s a bit of street noise but that’s the small price to pay for such a wonderful location. I have booked my next stay in the fall and for next year’s Literary Festival and consider this my new home away from home. And very lucky to have found this magical second home with such a charming host. Thank you, Kerry. Your place is a very special place and we really appreciated your hospitality. My friends echo and amplify my comments.

Great condo

The property lived up to its description. The location was within easy walking distance of downtown. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it had all the amenities you could ask for. Well stocked kitchen with a goodie, basket of snacks and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Very pleased. Would happily rent again.

This property is exceedingly comfortable. It is within minutes of Old Town Santa Fe. We walked everyhwere. The dedicated parking garage is ideal. Six of us stayed for 4 nights and never felt crowded. Kerry is a most considerate host. All inquiries were answered in a timely manner.

This property was perfect for me and my two sisters! So clean, so warm, so fresh. Beautifully appointed rooms, snacks on the counter, rapid replies from the owner. Location to Downtown and the Plaza was a very away (about 5-10 minutes). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This a great host!

Heart of downtown Santa Fe

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Everything was thoughtfully arranged—from the quality linens and plush towels to the well-stocked kitchen with high-end appliances and cookware.The WiFi instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we especially appreciated the secure gated access to the building. Having two reserved, secure parking spaces was a huge bonus, especially being so close to the Plaza.It was an easy stroll to all the shops, galleries, restaurants, and historic sites—we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The larger complex is peaceful and well-maintained, with lovely landscaped areas.The owner was also incredibly responsive—when we had a quick question, they got back to us right away. Highly recommend this spot!

Fabulous Stay in Santa Fe

Our family group of four adults and two children spent a great week at this lovely townhouse. Location is ideal for downtown shops, restaurants, and walking, and the condo is nicely decorated, and exceptionally well-stocked with linens, beds, toiletries, kitchen supplies and snacks- all of the highest quality. We enjoyed the gas fireplaces (inside and out) on chilly December nights. A hit with all three generations. We hope to return!

Terrific Thanksgiving in Santa Fe

Our 3 generation family trip to Santa Fe was excellent in every way. Accommodations and communication were perfect. Location is right in the heart of Santa Fe and a quick drive to anything other than city center. We loved our trip and Santa Fe in the winter SO much that we want it to be our new annual tradition!

Beautiful Place

Everything was present and just as described in the listing. The owner was very helpful and responsive and there were no surprises when we arrived. Perfect stay. It would have been nice if the gas fireplaces were working but there was an outdoor propane gas pit that sufficed well enough.

Gorgeous Condo Near Plaza

Beautiful condo within easy walking distance of the Santa Fe plaza. Condo is extremely clean with every amenity you could need. Kitchen has everything needed for preparing a meal. Beds and very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. There is a lovely shaded patio. Outstanding accommodations overall.

The Perfect Residence

The beautiful “home away from home” was equipped with everything we needed, and more. The back patio was so inviting with its fireplace, fire pit, and grill. Location was fabulous…a short walk to the Plaza. Our host was very attentive to our needs. We definitely recommend this property in Sante Fe.

Loved our stay! One of the nicest places we have ever rented. Perfect for 5 adults doing a family reunion trip to Santa Fe. Walking distance to historic area and to railroad area. Perfect condo. Loved the space - used the patio every night. Kitchen well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and all furnishings were lovely. Communication was fantastic. Cant recommend enough!

Wonderful condo, quiet, comfortable and has everything you might want in a 5 star hotel!

Very comfortable luxury condo! Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Plaza! Communication with owner was fabulous, easy entry directions and good parking! We loved the options of having dinner in on some nights! The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need including snacks for your stay! The daily rate was a little pricey for us but totally worth it when you consider having the options of breakfasts and dinners in and having a nice place to rest and recoup from all the activities of Santa Fe! We hope to come back next year to our home away from home!

A great stay!

My family spent a wonderful long weekend in this lovely home. It is walking distance to the Plaza, so we didn't need our car for the entire weekend. You will find comfortable beds, a kitchen with all essentials, and a nicely decorated home. The host made sure we had everything we needed and provided clear instructions to answer all questions, even before we asked. I highly recommend the home and would stay here again.

Santa Fe Gem

Great rental property conveniently located just a few blocks from main plaza. This corner unit was clean, comfortable, and appointed with everything needed for our stay. The host was very responsive with communicating to us before our stay, and had done wonderful Birthday treats for us upon arrival. Check in and out was seamless. We really enjoyed hanging out on the back patio in the evenings too. We would definitely rebook this unit if we return! Thank you!
