Chic View Loft at Historic Plaza - Spacious 470 Sq Ft

  • Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at your doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.

    This stylish 470 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.
    Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

    NO PARTIES allowed. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.

    NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.

    $100 fee for any lost keys.

    $200 fee for lost parking garage access card.

For one or two people, and at this price, you’d be hard pressed to do better. I actually enjoyed this more than the (nevertheless impressive) SF downtown hotels.

Perfect Santa Fe stay

We loved the place. It was the perfect size and location close to the Santa Fe plaza and walking distance to many wonderful local restaurants and shops. We were very comfortable and the hosts gave us great tips and had good communication. We would definitely recommend and stay there again when in Santa Fe.

Spotless, well appointed condo in great location.

My husband and I spent a long weekend in this lovely condo. It was located so conveniently to all the downtown restaurants, shops and galleries. Very comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed and a beautiful bathroom! The host was so helpful in recommending restaurants, and things to see and do!

Lovely apartment in Santa Fe

We were very happy with our accommodations at this 1-BR apartment on Marcy Street. It is close to the historic plaza and the nearby parking structure was very convenient for us. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and ideally located. We felt safe and secure. Needless to say, we would consider staying here again.

Romantic Thanksgiving in Santa Fe

We can't say enough about our wonderful, romantic stay at this lovely VRBO in Santa Fe… We were there for the Thanksgiving vacation… We even cooked our whole Thanksgiving meal there… Turkey and all… Lovely kitchen… Cozy living area… Quiet and comfortable bedroom… Easy parking down the street in a secure garage… Great access to stores, the plaza, and many great restaurants… While we were there, it snowed and we were able to watch the snowfall from the beautiful big windows on the property… We would definitely rent it again… Highly recommend…

Great location and perfect for our stay. Very nice kitchen set up for breakfast and snacks.

Walked to restaurants and shops. Galleries close by. Saw friends for a fundraiser for Espanola humane society which was a huge success! 3 days in Santa Fe a fine intro to a place we can’t wait to return to!
