  • Country house with fantastic views of the Puig de Misa of Santa Eulalia del Rio and with beautiful views of the mountains. It has three double bedrooms with their corresponding bathroom, large living / dining room, kitchen, two covered terraces / porches, private pool surrounded by garden, barbecue and a large outdoor patio.
    Located just 2 minutes from the town of Santa Eulalia del Rio, a very quiet, familiar town, where there is a beautiful beach. The best restaurants are located to try typical Ibizan cuisine.
    Located about 12 kilometers from the city of Ibiza.
    Five minutes away is the Es Cana area, where on Wednesdays there is a hippy market, and also a beautiful beach.
    San Carlos is the next town where there is a beautiful church and restaurants to eat, on Saturdays the hippie market called Las Dalias is open.
    The house is ideal to relax with family / friends where there is a lot of tranquility in the countryside

We really enjoyed our stay. Eva has been a pleasure to communicate with!

Everything was perfect for our needs. The property is clean, spacious and full of beautiful trees bearing fruits and flowers. There is Aircon in a the rooms, which was very welcomed.

Perfect villa in the ideal location

We had a wonderful stay. The property is exactly like the pictures, beautifully decorated, amazing pool and gorgeous gardens. It's so close to Santa Eulalia but so peaceful. We would love to stay again! Eva was really attentive and helpful, fantastic communication from booking through to check out. Thank you, Eva!

Amazing holiday

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa. The Villa is gorgeous, as are the surroundings and the pool. There is a shop, bar and smoke house all walking distance away. Buses run from the main road (about 2 mins walk) and taxi’s are also easy to flag down. The absolute best thing about the property is the owner, Eva. Eva couldn’t have made us feel more welcome and was always incredibly quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be going back.

Prachtig ruim huis met uitzicht op mooie natuur.

Hartelijk ontvangst door Eva. Het huis en het zwembad in de tuin is in het echt mooier en ruimer dan op de foto’s. Ruime slaapkamers en fijne badkamers. Veel privacy in huis. De toegang naar het huis is via een smalle privé weg en een hek. Deze weg komt uit op een drukke weg die lastig op te rijden is

Fantastic villa!

We had the most amazing holiday. The villa is perfect. Our 2 children 11 years and 6 years loved spending time in the pool. Eva is very friendly and very easy to communicate with. The villa is very spacious. Loved the walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom! The outside area is also very spacious with plenty of sitting areas. The sun loungers were really comfy! The villa is in a great location. We hired a car and enjoyed going into Santa Eulàlia which was only about a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and the harbour was really lovely. Thank you Eva! We had such a lovely time and can’t wait to come back!

Awesome house and great host!

When we landed on Ibiza, Eva asked us at what time we would arrive at the house so she could welcome us. To our surprise we were able to check-in earlier than the normal check-in time. During our stay, Eva would sometimes come and take care of the property around the house and have a nice little chat with us. The house is located in a protected area which is only reachable if you have a key for the automatic fence. This gives a great sense of protection. The house itself is very big! Three double bedrooms, each with a huge bathroom. A nice livingroom and a large well equipped kitchen. There's also an extra toilet with a washing machine and a dryer. The bathrooms all have a couple of towels and the beds were allready made. The house itself doesn't get very warm which is great in summer. If it does get too hot or cold you can use the airco to cool or warm the house very fast. Outside there is a nice swimmingpool and a stone made bbq. There are also a couple of places around the house where you can eat or drink. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the villa. Eva, our host, could not do enough for us. We decided not to hire a car as we were a family of 6, so it would have been very expensive to hire a vehicle large enough to transport us all. Instead, we used the local taxis. Their vehicles are immaculate. We would "mither" Eva every day to book us two taxis to collect us each evening and take us to Santa Eulalia for dinner (approx 8-10 euros in a taxi from the villa), which she happily did for us. It made a huge difference not having to worry about this each day. The villa is a beautiful property, in a quiet secluded area away from the main road but with its own electric entrance gate and house alarm for added security. It is also located a short distance from Eva'a mother and brother's house so there is also someone around so you never feel isolated. In any event, the main road to Santa Eulalia is only a 5 minute work down the track from the villa and approximately 15 minute walk to the local supermarket supplying lots of organic produce. The villa has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and in a great location. Our fantastic host Eva helped make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. Thank Eva, we had a wonderful 2 weeks in your villa and we will definitely be back again!!

LA CASA DE EVA O EL PARAISO...

Fueron 15 Dias de vacaciones estupendas. La casa es muy limpia, y el jardin con los flores, las frutas, la piscina, y las puestas del sol es impresionante. Los padres de Eva estan al lado y son muy amables como su perro TOBI que viene todos los dias a saludarnos. Bien estar, descanso, silencio, naturaleza, campos... inovildable, muchisimas gracias para toda esta magia. Ibiza volveremos fijo fijo en su casa si nos permite.... Un abrazo muy grande. Maud y sus amigos desde Belgica.

Fantastic!!

We spent 2 weeks in this great villa. It was absolutely fantastic. So much space and privacy! Every bedroom has his own bathroom. The view from the garden is stunning, especially in the evening!! We really recommend this house to friends and family. Thanks Eva and family for the hospitality (and the fresh fruits from the garden :). Hope to see you soon and we wish other guests, who decides to stay here as well, the same fantastic holiday!!

Perfect holidays!

We stayed ten days with four people and a small dog in eva's house. Everything was clean and Eva is an excellent host. The house is well equipped with a big kitchen, nice barbecue and enough space for six people. Nice views from the terrace! The location is perfect, not far from Eivissa and the nice beaches at the eastcoast. The city of Santa Eulalia with supermarkets etc. is just a few minutes away.

Very relaxed house with a view

Beautifull house on a top location!

Beautifull, almost new house, on a nice location. Close to the main road of Ibiza, however very quiet. The house has a nice, quiet garden with orange trees. We had a very nice week with our two daugthers. They enjoyed their big bedrooms, own bathrooms and the nice swimming pool. We had a warm welcome by the owner Eva.

Wonderful Villa

Nos lo pasamos de maravilla en esta hermosa Villa. El interior es impresionante, muy bien diseñado y espacioso. La cocina está bien equipada y Eva muy amablemente dejó fruta, pan y queso en nuestra llegada. Cada habitación tiene un baño precioso con gran paseo en las duchas y accesorios modernos. Las habitaciones son amplias y están impecables, con enormes armarios. La piscina es un gran tamaño con tumbonas de lujo y muy seguro suelo antideslizante para los niños. Toda la villa está muy limpio, con toallas y toallas de piscina. Es una zona muy tranquila con campos encantadores rodeado la villa.Eva y su familia, obviamente, han trabajado muy duro para crear un hogar único y con estilo. Ella era muy servicial y amable y muy cuidada con por favor sin duda volveremos!

Pasamos una semana en una casa increhible: la distribución es perfecta, can con grandes calidades y diseñada con mucho gusto, el entorno tranquilo y ofrece todas las comodidades para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia para no olvidar. Casa y entorno perfectos.

Ideal para evadirse de las aglomeraciones de Ibiza y punto de partida para excursiones y playas. Hemos pasado una semana disfrutando del campo con una fabulosa piscina y una casa con muy buenas instalaciones. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas al tener baño en cada una. Entorno inmejorable para ...

Entorno inmejorable para escapar de las aglomeraciones de Ibiza. Hemos pasado una semana en Agosto disfrutando del campo con una fantastica piscina y una casa con todas las comodidades. Sin duda, la mejor opción para nuestras vacaciones. La casa está fantasticamente iluminada natural y artificialmente, sus habitaciones son amplias y comodas al tener baño incluído en todas. Cocina nueva, fantatico salón con ese olor a madera que se respira de su techo que la hace más y más especial. Fantastico porche e inmejorable vistas al campo y al montaña. Eva la propietaria es muy amable y atenta a todas las necesidades del inquilino. Con toda la seguridad volveríamos y de hecho estamos deseandolo,porque ha sido una experiencia fantastica. das Haus ist sauber und gross. Eva ist super nett und hat uns auch ein babybettchen/hochstuhl zur verfügung gestellt. Lage war für uns top, vieles ziemlich schnell zu erreichen. Einziges zu bemängeln, es könnte für die Kinder draussen mehr zum spielen geben. z.b. schaukel… oder so was, platz wäre da.

Everything was perfect

Had a perfect holiday with my friends. Nice spacious house with everything you need. Clean, spacious and all equipment you need like a hair dryer, coffee cup machine, beach umbrella's etc. Outside a lot of space and a clean spacious pool and enough sunbeds. Owner of the house is a very kind person and easily accessible for questions. Would stay here again xx

Great stay, excellent host

Our booking was impacted by COVID in 2020 but the host, Eva, was fantastic in offering full refund when she didn’t have to, and we managed to rebook for 2021. Excellent helpful communications with Eva continued from then right through to arrival which Eva allowed to be 2 hours earlier than the official 4pm which really helped us out. Eva personally welcomed us and showed us round the villa and explained about the electric gate, alarm, etc. The villa itself was exactly what we wanted, with the 3 bedrooms with great bathrooms being a great feature for us. Everything was exactly as advertised. The pool area was easily big enough for the 5 of us, with plenty of shade available too, and the pool was lovely. In terms of opportunities, it would have been good to have cleaning materials available to keep the kitchen clean, but we had to buy those. Also, the umbrellas round the pool blew out of their bases a few times as they had seen better days and would benefit from an upgrade, and the same for the pool nets. That said, none of that detracted from our enjoyment of our time at Eva’s lovely villa and her excellent hosting.... thank you Eva.

Wonderful house for your stay in Ibiza

Our stay was perfect! We travelled with a group of 4 friends to Ibiza and we were so impressed by this house. It is perfectly located so that you can drive to all coasts and important areas of Ibiza in no time. Also the house was very clean and we were surprised because it was way bigger than we though. Also Eva was such a nice Host to us and helped us with everything we needed ! Thanks for everything! We will definitely come back !
