"The entrance is around the corner from the malecon which is a good thing in my opinion. I lived in Salinas for three years so I am pretty familiar with the place. The Malecon is the beachfront road and it can get loud especially on holiday weekends this is far enough up that its not the problem it is a few blocks down. "This apartment is located right by the beach. You can hear the ocean as you fall asleep and all day long. The sunset views are spectacular. There is a hammock on the balcony to lay in to read a book or watch the sunset while enjoying the ocean breeze. You can see the ocean from the living room and bedroom.
