No puedo creer que no hay agua caliente ni piscina sus fotos de La página web son engañosas la piscina solo es un gran cochinero lleno de lodo tuvimos que salir una noche antes ya que no pude bañar a mis hijos por falta de agua caliente

$100.00 deposit at check in was not returned, its been 2 weeks. Called the office.... they live there, and was told that they would mail a check even though the agreement was to return to my card in 3 to 5 buisness days. I always take videos of leaving the room up to dropping off the room keys. My kids felt unsafe. The better business bureau will be contacted. Unsure if I will trust Expedia as well at this point.

If you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep, than this is it. No pool, no elevator, no complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash soap. When we pulled up, there was limited space and parking. I don’t know if it’s the area, but I couldn’t go into the building to check in. I had to ring a door bell outside, for someone to check me in, through a glass window. It was hard to hear through the piece you speak through. When we got into the room, it smelt funky. When it came to bed time, we pulled down the blinds and realized there wasn’t black out curtains, as stated. Standing outside, you’re able to see inside because the curtains were thin. The lights from the hotel sign and the signal lights, lit up our room so it was hard to sleep. The floor was also coming up.

Its our 3rd time staying here. what i like about this place is, their floor is not carpet. cause i hate carpeted floors especially when you go to the beach. their rooms are newly renovated.. clean rooms. nice and accomodating staff. what they could have done better is, parking. they have limited parking.

Very kind manager explained that we were ripped off by Expedia, saying that our $200/night rate was actually too high. He was selling the same rooms for $170! We will never use Expedia again. Rip Off Crooks. No discount, and not accurate description of the property, which was dismal and noisy.

This is a typical motel: simple and clean, with friendly staff. The location is great, right by the River Walk, a few blocks from the Boardwalk in one direction and from Downtown in the other direction. The one problem was hot water: there was hot water in the afternoon when we checked in, but no hot water in the evening, and still no hot water in the morning when we left (we only stayed one night). Other than the hot water issue this was a great stay -- but hot water is important; I hope it gets fixed soon.

The hot water was out the entire time. They made no effort to offer anything as compensation or to fix it with sense od urgency. Site management did not care.
