Ali, I am so sorry that your door code did not work and I was not able to respond immediately. I was traveling at the time and was not able to get your phone call or messages. I will certainly talk to our cleaner about not leaving the window cracked open when it is cold out. I think the intent is to let some fresh air in. I am not sure what you mean about the shower door being too small, but I will look at that as well.

Hi Karen, I am so sorry that you did not find the place and location to be inline with what you expected. It seems that perhaps you did not read the detailed description or review the location of the Cabana before you booked. And maybe you did not read any of the reviews describing the neighborhood location. Also, given the temperate climate here in Santa Cruz, it is extremely rare for houses to have AC. I wish the Cabana would have been a better fit for you.

I am so sorry to hear of your negative experience, and I wish you would have let me know while you were there that you were having issues with towels, hot water, etc. I have never had these kinds of comments or issues ever, so I find it very unusual. The listing clearly states that there is a double bed, not a queen. So perhaps the Cabana was just not the right accommodations for you and your husband. The excellent reviews of this property are clearly not consistent with your description or experience.
