La habitación es grande y espaciosa. La playa para bañarse esta a unos 40min. andando pero a 20min. de los acantilados donde hay muchos surfistas

Excelente hotel
La estancia fue excelente, las instalaciones nuevas y muy lindas, tanto el personal como el desayuno magnífico, sin duda volvería a elegir este hotel . Las habitaciones son suites y muy amplias.

excelent hotel, beautiful rooms with small living room with tv, nice decor , great service by front desk especially from the manager derek grell , karina arredondo and juan , always with a smile in their face. i must stay at santacruz. the hotel is in capitolia only 10 min by santacruz boardwalk and 2 min from a mall.

We liked everything! We did have a problem with the shower hot and cold water, but it was right before checking out and I am sure they would have taken care of it if needed. Not many times I give a five star review for a hotel/Inn, but they deserve it. Oh, breakfast was excellent too!

Outside of the 2nd floor ice machine which was out (and the walk to the other seemed like a mile), the hotel was fine. Parking was easy, but there is a median which prevents parking lot entrance on one side of the hotel. Staff was friendly, and room was adequate.

The employees were so friendly and took great care of everything. The one I didn't like was that since our room was close to the housekeeping room we could hear and feel when they were doing laundry.

I loved the layout of the hotel and the decoration. It was spacious inside, even though it is not a large hotel. The Breakfast room was huge and the variety of choices excellent - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, bagels, and waffles with the usual choice of coffee or tea. The atmosphere was calming and gracious and the staff was always kind and helpful. I want to go back.

A great place near everything in Santa Cruz
The front staff were very helpful and friendly. The underground parking was very secure. The beds were very comfortable. My son and I enjoyed sitting in the hot tub each night. The people working the breakfast shift were awesome. There was always plenty of food, hot and cold. There was plenty of seating for anyone who was eating. The patio would have been nice to eat at, had it not ben raining all three days, which is not their fault. It was really a nice place that was in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the bay area. We will definitely come back here if we return to the bay area
