Perched at the top of a hill, surrounded by a garden on all four sides, this spacious and very private villa is the perfect place to relax, enjoy time together and explore the beautiful Costa Brava.

The villa is arranged over two floors, with two independent living areas connected by a comfortable central lounge. This flexible layout makes it ideal for families, two families travelling together or groups of friends who want to share a holiday while still having their own space.

The house enjoys beautiful views towards the surrounding mountains and the sea, while the peaceful neighbourhood provides a wonderfully relaxing setting. At the same time, the beaches, coastal resorts, restaurants and entertainment of the Costa Brava are only a 10–15 minute drive away.

The upper floor

The main entrance opens into a welcoming hall, leading to a large living and dining room where everyone can gather for meals, conversation or a relaxing evening. The lounge has a Smart TV and WiFi/internet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, as well as a washing machine.

There are two bedrooms on this floor:

* One bedroom with a double bed
* One bedroom with a single bed

There is also a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and toilet, plus a separate guest toilet.

A large private balcony extends from this floor and offers wonderful views across the mountains towards the sea — a lovely spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

The lower floor & outdoor living

Stairs lead down to the lower level, where you will find the spacious master bedroom with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom.

From here, you have access to the heart of the outdoor living area: a large covered terrace with a BBQ, comfortable lounge corner and a generous dining table measuring 2.60 metres, comfortably seating up to 8 people.

This covered terrace is designed for long, relaxed meals and evenings together, whatever the weather. From the terrace, stairs lead down to the large private swimming pool.

A separate door from the terrace leads into an independent apartment, offering additional privacy and flexibility.

The apartment has its own living room and kitchen corner, making it particularly convenient for families or groups travelling together.

It includes:

The pool & garden

The villa is surrounded by a private garden on all four sides, giving the property a feeling of space and seclusion.

The large swimming pool is accessed from the covered terrace via stairs. For families with young children, additional safety measures are in place: the pool area is fenced on both sides and access is through a gate that must be opened by an adult. The covered terrace itself also has a gate, providing an additional barrier to prevent little children from reaching the pool area without adult supervision.

All bedrooms throughout the villa have ceiling fans for added comfort during the warmer months.
