"La comunicación con la propietaria y con la persona encargada una vez llegamos allí, fue siempre muy agradable. Respuestas completas y allí tuvimos de todo lo necesario para no tener que llevar muchas cosas desde casa. La casa es muy agradable y tiene una buena distribución de espacios. Los muebles son bellos y finos. Me gusto mucho que hay libros y actividades para los niños así que ellos también tuvieron varias opciones de entretenimiento. Todo muy silencioso y pacifico. "Our group of 16 had an amazing time celebrating Christmas at this property. The house had everything we could possibly need, including many complimentary food and drinks. The staff was wonderful and made us many delicious meals. They were always there to help with any questions we had. The bedrooms each had a bathroom and many had amazing views. "Todo estuvo perfecto, solo pienso que si deben controlar un poco las personas que se hospedan en las cabañas, ejemplo: todas las cabañas que estábamos eramos familias con niños solo una donde todos eran jóvenes, esa cabaña tenia música y bulla hasta altas horas de la noche y aunque varios de las otras cabañas fuimos a decirles nunca pararon y no había nadie en recepción para que hiciera algo."

"Property is beautiful and house is huge, great for large family. Pool area is very nice but listing does not mention the property is very steep and there are 80+ steps to get down and up from there. Also listing is inaccurate and shows the property is right in town, when it’s actually 7 or so kilometres out of town, and a car is necessary. Great house and grounds, lovely scenic area but be aware of listing inaccuracies."

"Days before I arrived, the host emailed me and asked if I minded switching rooms because current occupants wanted to extend their stay. I said okay. When I arrived, nothing was ready and I tried to communicate to the onsite staff that I was supposed to be in the upstairs unit. After waiting an hour I was led to a room that was not clean. "While most of the property is pretty nice, the listing is misleading. Our biggest complaint is that the 3rd bedroom is only accessible via an exterior stair. This is where our kids were going to sleep and that fact made it impossible so they were stuck on the pull-out coach (4th bedroom). Additionally, the only pool you have access to is the one behind the house, which has no amenities and left blue paint on our feet (all other pools are off-limits, except the resort pool that you have to pay...
