Location was superb. Amenities were lovely. Just about anything we needed was there.Main bed was developing slight ‘cradles’ where 2 people would each sleep, but not problematic. Be aware it’s the lower level, so night bright and sunny. But it did include the back yard and slightly larger garage (which will test your driving skills). Overall highly satisfied.

The property is lovely and beautifully appointed. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved sitting in the backyard amongst the fruit and avocado trees. The location is wonderful. While we had a car we walked everywhere for the most part. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend the property. If we return to SB we will definitely book here again.

Very nice property in an excellent location. Good kitchen appliances and nicely landscaped. If you area TV person, this sofa arrangement is great. We happen to be readers instead, and a comfortable side chair with lamp would be a nice addition. Very responsive management. You can count on them to make sure everything is working properly.

Lovely neighborhood, close to the ocean with fabulous restaurants and activities nearby to enjoy.

Your duplex is lovely with spacious and functional kitchen. We enjoyed the attractive decor, except for a very disappointing living room set up. It has no arm chair with a light for reading. The old tired couch and entertainment center weren't consistent with the rest of the furnishings. My husband has balance and walking disabilities, so dropping down to the low seating there made it off limits for the most part. He also would have appreciated a few grab bars in the shower to make it safer. Kitchen needs towels. Thanks for the complimentary coffee. We had a very enjoyable time both relaxing in place and out on the town for activities and dinner. Thank you.

Love Santa Barbara!

Beautiful place with all the amenities, even coffee! Nice patios front and back, spacious bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. Close walk to beach and restaurants and quick access to the State Street businesses, stores, restaurants….and funk zone bars and restaurants. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Lovely home in an ideal location

This is a wonderful family home, with a spacious living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, garage, a large rear garden with bbq and a variety of seating areas, and a pleasant front garden that gets the morning sun. The property is a couple of blocks from the beach and the so-called “funk zone” that offers many restaurants and tourist options. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. There was some minor noise from the upstairs apartment, but nothing out of the ordinary. The large, walk-in showers were good, and the kitchen was well appointed with useful cooking equipment. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful town. We will certainly return!

Perfect location

Our stay at this home was great! The location was a short walking distance to the beach and popular restaurants. We could also walk just blocks to the Funk Zone. I would return to Santa Barbara and this VRBO property in a minute. As a side note, we were on the bottom unit and the upstairs sounds traveled easily. That didn't spoil our stay, however.

Great Place

The location of the apartment (you can walk to the beach and downtown), the style, and the great service of the apartment's rental service are all elements making this apartment a great place to stay. The only slight negative was the upstair toilet was very loud when flushed.

Coming from a drizzly grey Boston in early April, we were so happy to be in this lovely, artsy property. The back garden is lush and peaceful, the location perfect for walking anywhere. We loved taking the beach cart just two blocks to dip our toes in the Pacific. Kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms spacious and all common spaces are comfortable and well designed. As noted by others you do hear every footstep from the above unit, but in our case it sounded like young kids and quieted by 10 pm. The Amtrak blows through with a loud horn very nearby and startled us the first night, but once I downloaded a white noise app on my phone we were fine.
