Beautiful & Walkable to Everything

This villa is gorgeous! It's spacious and comfortable for 3-4 people. The murphy bed pulls down in the living room, separate from the 2 couches sitting area. Best of all - it's a perfect location, walkable to the marina, beach, state street, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, everything. We parked the car and didn't need it during our stay. Highly recommend! Also, you can even walk 1-2 blocks to 2 small groceries/markets.

Loved the Villa

Villa was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. We brought bicycles and getting to the pier and Harbor was so easy. Also rode all the way up State Street to see the sights and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at this property - it is within easy walking distance of the waterfront and funk zone. It is also within walking distance of State Street (shopping, restaurants), but a little longer walk. This was my first visit to Santa Barbara and this was a great place to stay. For my spouse and I, we had plenty of room to move about, work, and enjoy the property. The hosts left lots of instructions on the use of the property that were very helpful.

Beautiful duplex!

This duplex was very conveniently located and the perfect size for the two of us. The only negativs were noise through the connecting door to the other duplex and construction noise starting at 8 am next door. other duplex

Comfortable stay while dropping our daughter off at college.

Great location and a wonderful home. We loved walking to the beach and downtown. Well stocked home with everything we could need. Nicely taken care of. Loved the patio - beautiful plantings! A nice home while settling our daughter for college.

Great location and charming home. The only downside was the internet service, which was quite poor. If internet had been something we had urgently needed, it would have been a true problem. Because we were taking a weekend away and were less in need of our devices, it posed more of an inconvenience but may be an issue for other/future users of this property.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the bungalow was very comfortable and convenient to the ocean, wharf, restaurants and all activities we desired in Santa Barbara. I found the description completely accurate and ease of use A+. We’ll stay here next time if it’s available.

Excellent Santa Barbara Home

This house is absolutely lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It exceeded our expectations. It was in a charming neighborhood, close to restaurants, shops, the beach, and the train station, which was great as we arrived by train from LA. It was well-stocked with beach gear, which we used every day. The back patio was peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely house in great location

This was a lovely house in a great location just a few blocks from the beach. Everything was clean and in good condition. The only thing that the listing didnt mention is that this is actually a duplex. The walls are thin and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing, even just walking around. It made it a bit tricky with a newborn and making sure nightime was quiet. Other than that, the property was wonderful.

Great location for family visit!

This house was the perfect size and location for our week-long stay with 2 adults and a toddler. Very clean and had everything we needed (extra linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc). Liked that we were able to park in the driveway. Easy walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, and children's museum. Appreciated the included wagon with beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc for daily beach trips. Great patio for lounging and eating our meals. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean and Accurate Listing

Property was incredibly clean and matched exactly with what the listing stated. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. Bed was comfortable and bedroom was quiet making sleeping very comfortable. Unit was equipped with high chair, pack and play, and beach towels making traveling with a toddler very easy. Had one question for the owner that I sent through VRBO that I never got a response from - in the confirmation email there is another mode to contact them, recommend using that instead of going through VRBO.
