No funciona el agua fría, tiene la alfombra manchada y el baño está bastante desmejorado lo que le da un aspecto de poco limpio. Una de las luces de la mesa de noche no funciona.

Cobran extra por todo
Hotel que cumple con los estándares de la cadena. Como puntos negativos a destacar el wifi que es de pago (12 o 13$ al día) y el parking excesivamente caro (35$ al día). En la web de expedia indica que el establecimiento dispone de parking, pero debería especificar que no está incluido y a ser posible la tarifa, ya que eso nos habría hecho decantarnos por otro hotel.

I was blown away at the kindness of the staff here. This was a great family oriented place to stay, very quiet, beds were comfy and their coffee was amazing!! We will stay here again if back in the area.

Thank you very much for your review and the internet passsword was on the key. We have one of the best internet in town. Also changing our furniture in a month or so. So hope you will have better experience next time.

The operators at the front desk weee amazing, very helpful and friendly and for that I give 5 stars. The property is a work in progress so there are a lot of materials laying around. Once you get into the room it is better. The rooms were clean and well stocked with a fridge & coffee. The area was quiet in the evening.

Excellent customer service! Pay for what you get. Only concern would be the air vent needs to be cleaned. Dust was constantly blowing out onto the bed closest to it and sneezing a lot due to this.

Town and country is now at its best with its new man in charge, Sean at the front desk or who tends to everyone’s needs with innovative solutions. The whole place has now become home because of him. This is my favorite place to stay. Clean, just a quick walk away from Trader Joe’s the grocery outlet and even Whole Foods down the path. But how wonderful when you finish walking that path to come back to a person like Sean who really is the best they’ve ever had. he will make your stay a joy for sure!!

I’ve been to more expensive hotels on State St. but ironically, this bargain priced hotel has better Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity. And above all, the staff headed by Jay and Saloni, attend to everything that you could possibly want and provide everything you could possibly wish for. People always make the difference. This is my chosen stay, forever and a day! Love them!

Horrible horrible horrible. Do not waste your money. This place was disgusting and should be shut down. The sheets were dirty and the room smelled like old socks. Not to mention the staff was rude. Do not waste your money. It’s not worth the couple dollars you’ll save.

The property is so well managed and cared for. Big rooms, great amenities and service and again mostly the people at the front desk Jay and Saloni who made you feel right at home and were there for anything you needed. When a company hires people like that you know you can trust the company and I will return to this hotel whenever I am back in town. Thank you Jay and Saloni . you made my stay here great.
