Such a peaceful stay:)

A perfect condo and location!!! We loved the full view of the ocean...not just partial. Plus, walking distance to the restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely will return. Right on the Beach

Very nice trip and vacation. Right on the beach and enjoyed the location. Tar on the beach was a nuisance and could have been warned about before booking. I think if you stay out of the surf it would not have been an issue. that was my only negative. We really enjoyed the trip and rental. Just what we were looking for.

Carp vacation

Cute comfortable place to stay. Loved the balcony. We saw dolphins everyday. Place was clean and the bathroom was well stocked. Internet went out and took 3 days to fix, but everyone was very nice about it. Definitely recommend to others.

On the Beach

The condo was wonderful- beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, well located and right on the beach! Our view was all sand and breaking waves. We only left the condo to go out for meals. It was the perfect place to relax! Many thanks to the owner for sharing his jewel of a place!

Location- perfect! Walk to everything. Right on the beach. (Only small issue - no beach chairs or towels - we flew so couldn’t bring beach chairs. Maybe could have brought towels if we had noticed they weren’t provided.) Everything else was perfect!

We’ve been staying in Carpinteria for over 20 years and this was by far one of our favorite rentals! Great location and nicely done inside. Although the condo is on the third floor, it’s only 1 flight of stairs to the beach. It was super easy to bring beach gear up/down each day. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Partially updated small condo on the beach

Great oceanfront location and views. Small but functional like a coastal cottage but in a condo buildung. Updated kitchen and bath. Nice newish refrigerator and range. Negatives: non-functioning elevator, no temp numbers on thermostats of 50s-60s style electric wall heaters (have to set temp by trial and error), overly-complicated light switches in bedrooms that don't light up the on/off button, under-powered (700 watt) cheap little microwave. Would stay here again.
