El cuarto está sucio sabanas, refrigerador con agua sucia de días , microondas sucio. Mal servicio.

No hot water in the shower. Staff was friendly at first then switched up when I asked for a discount and told me I should’ve cancelled my room

The staff was not pleasant at all. Very short and acted like we were an inconvenience. The room was not clean. Our feet were black from the dirty floor, and the phone was covered in dirt and grime. The people renting a room were not the best either. Everything needed to be updated. It survived it's purpose for one night.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep at all...
They have made some improvements, and the front desk attendant was friendly, kind, and helpful, but... DO NOT STAY HERE. It seems to be an active drug dealing, (or other middle-of-the-night suspicious activity, spot. We tried to stay here twice because of the location and low cost, but both times we were woken up, starting at 11:00 pm and continuing into the early morning hours, by several people going up and down the outside hallway, in and out of rooms, making loud "party," noises in adjacent rooms, etc. The second time we left in the middle of the night and found other accommodation. Needless to say, we learned our lesson and will not be back. Now we are sharing the information with you.

We stayed there for one night. The room was ok. Nothing special but not bad too. You need a car to go to downtown. Parking is free. It was too noisy but one of the cheapest rooms in the area.

I felt unsafe. The former chaine on the door was off and not repaired -- looked shabby. Staff was nice, hard workers. Noise of people out middle of night.

The rose garden inn has a typical motel, set up. The rooms are very clean and look like they were newly painted or decorated. The bathroom towels are ridiculously small. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating in just a tiny little room, but serves the purpose. Each motel room has a microwave and mini fridge. Parking is free. Overall, it is a no frills value motel good for a short stay.

Skid Row Hotel
Horrible hotel. You have been warned. Low rate but definitely for a reason. The TV did not work, the room smelled like smoke and they couldn’t change my room because they were booked. The bathroom towels were all dirty, and the floor had dog hair. I called the front desk but they couldn’t do anything they said they could refund me the room but I would have to leave being last minute I wasn’t able to get another room with short notice. They offered me a refund on 20 dollars lol but I had to go to the front desk, when we went to get this refund no one was at the front desk.

Bathroom had cigarette butt in toilet, towels could use a good bleaching as notably washed but dirty. Graffiti on side of dresser drawer. Two remotes; one for cable one for TV. Only TV worked but no local channels and app access if you logged in to your personal accounts. Overall, value for price. Coffee maker would be nice :)

Très bien pour une nuit, mais pas plus. Cependant les serviettes étaient tachées de saletés, ainsi que présence de cafards dans la salle de bain.
