Family Easter

This condo is clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, great location, close (as in steps) to the beach, and the hosts are great and accessible, if needed. They left drinks, local chocolates, a thoughtful gift card and a nice handwritten note. This is a 4-plex condo and there was a condo above us, but we never heard the neighbors and when we saw them they were friendly. Great spot and nice trip. Thanks so much!!

Very clean and well kept

This is a very nice rental, with comfortable furniture. It’s clean and has everything you need. It’s just steps from the beach. The outdoor sitting area is nicely landscaped with flowering plants. We were pleasantly surprised with bottled water and soda in the refrigerator. We’d highly recommend.

Perfect in every way

This little treasure of an apartment is in the best location in all of Carpenteria. I booked 2024 before I left for the 2023 vacation. This was my 3rd time at this apartment, if I couldn’t stay here I most likely would not be going. Everyone deserves the perfect vacation in the best location. 362 more days to go.

Wonderful time in Carpinteria

This is a GREAT location. Right on Sandyland Road and literally a few steps from the sand. Very quiet and private area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hosts were wonderful.

The location was amazing! Steps to the beach. Very clean and beachy cottage. Parking was great.

We loved staying at the this beach cottage. The location was perfect. Steps to the beach. You can hear the ocean from your cottage. Parking was great. Our only issue was that people lived upstairs and we had to make sure teenagers were quiet which is hard during springbreak!

The property is consistent with its description. Directions to the site, instructions for check-in and entry, and amenities present were exactly as described. The host provided extra touches like a variety of refrigerated beverages and a gift cert to a local coffee shop. This host also went out of his way to return a forgotten item to me -- above and beyond, and much appreciated.

Fantastic Place

I will continue to stay here as long as I am able too. Anything you need is right at your fingertips. The owner is attentive and always answers questions quickly. The condo is in the best location steps from the sand. I highly recommend this property.

This is a wonderful condo, very thoughtfully furnished. It's the best we've stayed in while in Carpinteria. Brad is most responsive to any concerns. We stayed for over a month and never encountered a problem. We hated to leave and hope to return..

Loved this cozy, comfortable condo

We stayed for a week. One of the nicest, cleanest most comfortable places we have ever stayed. Location can’t be beat. Well equipped kitchen, I like to cook so that was important. Literally steps to the beach. Brad is the best, responded to my questions promptly. Will definitely stay in this cozy condo again.

Exactly how it looks

I will rent this property every year if they let me. Steps from the sand. Very quiet at night and you can hear the waves crashing. We ate outside at the picnic table the nights we cooked. Everyone in the building was so nice and everything you need is in there. The owners or property managers were fantastic.

Live twenty minutes away, Ventura

Have nothing negative to say. Brad is a great property owner. We live in a marina/Beach community, but being Carpinteria and staying, literally, a stone's throw from the sand is a whole northern world. Only negative, due to the pandemic situation, the town trolley normally starts their route directly in front of the unit. Not sure if that is mentioned in the website, but might be a good thing to do. It costs .50c unless handicapped or seniors, then .25c. Would love the opportunity to return. Dick P.
