El hombre de la recepción fue muy nice conmigo y mi esposa pero todo cambio al grado de dejar de responderme en la conversación cuando le conteste en español a mi esposa! Todo estuvo perfecto pero su actitud me hizo sentir muy incomodo y molesto yo soy mexico americano y dominó perfectamente los dos idiomas mi esposa no.

Desde el primer día me iban a poner persiana para poder dormir en las mañanas y nunca lo cumplieron en 12 noches. Nadie sabía español según recepción pero para pedir más dinero ahí si apareció una persona q si hablaba español.

correcto para pasar un día.
Esta bien para una noche. el precio es acorde a lo que ofrecen. La cama era muy blanda, parecía que los resortes estaban vencidos.Lo demas todo ok. Con facil acceso viniendo de la ruta 1.

Property located in area close to shops/restaurant's. For the nightly rate- it works. Room was clean. Room amenities not the best. Towels are bad. Swimming pool not heated. No spa.

Room reeked of cigarettes. Requested a handicap spot and was put in an upstairs unit. No elevator. The bed was like laying on the ground with a paper thin quilt and sheet in the cold. The door warns you to double lock dead bolt and latch and I can see why. All night long people yelling and slamming doors. Room feels seedy and like a place to stay long term. Have great experience with most Motel 6 but this was far from one of them. I heard the one in Goleta is far safer, friendly, and cleaner.

Lights didn’t work above the sink. The front desk was not available for me to check in on Friday 1/19/23 @4:30pm. She was rude and made me fell like I was an inconvenience to her. We will try again next time.

A basic but solid place to stay in Santa Barbara at an affordable price. Walking distance to a few restaurants as well. Short drive to many attractions.

Não recomendo para viagem com família. Quarto extremamente pequeno, não possui nada além de cama e uma pequena mesa. Não tem isolamento acústico entre os quartos então se escuta todos os barulhos dos quartos vizinhos. Não vale o preço que cobram.

They did not clean our room, did not change towels for four nights we stayed there. I asked to bring new towels because the used ones were wet but they just ignored my request.

Overall it wasn't too bad and having a quiet location on the property is appreciated. However the employees do not wear name tags. There is an older front desk woman who needs to adopt a positive, open attitude. We try to be nice but she seems to be annoyed and negative. It's also appreciated they don't force their guests to put a mask on, which should always be non compulsory anyway! It was great to see a microwave & fridge in our room. This is probably one of the better Motel 6 local area properties, we always felt safe staying here. Pet friendly and no pet fees. None of the front desk agent smiled but the way it is nowadays, none of that seems to matter anymore. People have other worries mainly a safe stay and affordable travels.

We stayed in room 113 on the ground floor. We experienced loud banging and furniture moving directly above us ALL NIGHT. It was like the people above us were weight lifting and moving from 10pm to 8am. I have no clue what was causing so much noise, but it kept everyone in our room up, so we didn’t get much sleep. Apart from that, the room was standard
