Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Lots of little touches and thoughtful amenities. Check-in was easy, host was responsive and friendly, no giant list of chores to do on check-out.

Our stay was wonderful!! Our host was a great communicator, easy to reach, and so helpful too - we had a small issue with getting in initially, but she had an easy solution and took care of everything promptly and effectively. Aside from that small hiccup, everything was absolutely perfect. My husband and I and our small dog had an absolutely fantastic stay - the place was clean and beautiful, with a great private patio area and lots of sunlight - and the jacuzzi soaker tub was THE BEST!! Would definitely love to stay here again in the future, and would 100% recommend it to others!

This was an amazing experience for our first Vrbo vacation. The check in instructions were easy to follow and the place very clean. Many fine details in the unit that I found magnificent - for example the wooden doors. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the double showers in the bathrooms!! The jetted tub was an extra. We could bbq if we wanted but decided not to. I appreciated the private laundry facilities with a large washer and dryer ( did laundry and dried it fast). The company fee machines were next level - three of them. Make sure to bring ground coffee so you can enjoy making your own coffee. Such choices. Even the fridge was huge!!! Will definitely be coming back to this location. This location is truly blocks from the beach and delish restaurants. A wine lovers dream location. I’m

Loved the location. We enjoyed walking and dining in the Funk Zone. Bed was comfortable. House was clean. Shower pressure was sad, but that’s not anyone’s fault. There was no AC and it was pretty hot in the apartment. It did cool down at night if we ran the fan and opened the windows. We also enjoyed the outdoor area.

Walkable, Clean Condo

The description of this property was accurate. Communication with the hosts was easy. The condo is in such a walkable location we did not get into our car during our stay. We will definitely rent here again. The only thing that could make the condo better would be blackout curtains and one more portable fan for the house (they provide one but on hot days you really need one in the bedroom and in the main room). Otherwise a perfect place. The outdoor space is phenomenal

Lovely, walkable SB getaway!

A cozy spot in a nice walkable neighborhood to beach and many places to eat, sample wine or explore.Came into town for our student’s UCSB graduation and did not want to leave!Melanie provided clear instructions for check in and having a designated parking space was handy for sure.Thanks for hosting us!

Great location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great, just a short walk across the train tracks to State street, and just a few blocks from the ocean and the wonderful public pool. Check in instructions and parking were easy, and because this place is managed together with other units in the same building, communications with management was super fast and responsive. My only nits are that the living room/kitchen area are a little dark (but the bedroom is very sunny), and there was not a great place to put the pack n play management conveniently provided. The living room area felt a little overstuffed with a full size couch and two armchairs for this one bedroom rental, and since the bedroom was cozy, there also wasn't really anyplace to put our two carry-on suitcases. These are minor issues and I would still recommend this place!

Perfect space for 2 in Santa Barbara

This condo was very clean and comfortable with a high end kitchen! Champagne was a great touch! Location is tough to beat as we were able to walk to almost everythign we did and the provided parking spot was perfect. Will definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Santa Barbara.

Great stay in a convenient location

We quite enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. There were several small issues that were addressed quickly. We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to so many places.

Great spot if you want to be close to the funk zone and State Street. The apartment is clean, and safe, and has space for one car to park. The kitchen is nice but if you want to cook, bring a sharp knife because everything in the drawer is dull. Otherwise I highly recommend it
