Muy alejado del centro y playa,caro por lo ofrecid
Es un motel para no mas de 1 noche esta sobre la avenida principal pero mas o menos a 1,5 km del centro y 3 km de la playa,me parece muy caro para lo que ofrece y por su ubicacion,habitacion limpia ,desayuno sencillo , estacionamiento gratis y wifii bien.

Motel cómodo, limpio y buena relación calidad
Pasamos un solo día, muy amable la dueña, silencioso, hay una pizzería cerca y algunas licoreras, el desayuno es regular, autoservicio, con frutas, pastelería regular y café quemado como todo el café en casi todo USA.

I loved the location of this property, its quaintness and easy remote check in. The only downsides were that there’s not a lot of parking on the property so you have to either park at the business next door (and move by 8am) or on the street behind the building. It was also a little dark in the 2nd floor hallway so hard to see the keypad. These are minor issues and I would stay here again.

A very basic room, clean and sufficiently comfortable. but some street noise through the evening and from other guests parking and going in and out of their room. Lots of very good food options nearby.

A small yet clean and cozy inn. The suite we booked has a kitchen with cookware and condiments provided. Super convenient. Wendy and her staff are nice and friendly. Around 10-minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes to the Old Mission. Had a great time at Agave and will surely book again. Highly recommended.

Agave Inn was excellent and very comfortable. Everything inside seemed new and very well considered. Many amenities were included, more than most hotels that cost twice as much! Staff was very kind and friendly. Free parking. Don’t miss Harry’s Plaza Cafe across the street next to Gelson’s Market. It is a fabulous old steakhouse which is very nondescript outside. Also Renaud’s Bakery is great for breakfast or lunch, and also the huge Chaucer’s books.

We stayed here for a night to pick my daughter up from school. It was perfect! Affordable, cute and clean. Not the fanciest place, but we had a super comfy sleep! The room was nice, and the bed was dreamy! The shower fixtures were new and provided a good stream. There were yummy smelling soaps. We will stay here again for sure!

Very easy and friendly check in process. Large room with 2 double beds, kitchen, sofa and table. Comfortable for a stay with 2 kids. Quiet room at night. Walkable to good restaurants, playground, gourmet grocery and bakery. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Cute property and the desk lady was very nice. The room was small but cute and clean. Has a small fridge and microwave. Quiet until the morning when you can hear all the traffic if you’re in room #1. For the price I paid I’d stay here again.

Hidden Gem but Amazing !!!
Such an Amazing hotel ! My Bestie and I were in town for a Concert and decided to stay in Santa Barbara ! The moment we drove up we fell in love ! Young lady was so sweet and helpful from check in to check out . We stayed upstairs and let me say Wow!!! So clean , such great decor , comfy beds , great shower . Felt very safe . Even our Lyft driver said the place is awesome! Highly recommend and price was great !

Clean and roomy !
Slept like a baby !!! Comfy and so clean !

One night business trip
Not going to lie I was a little nervous when we first pulled up to the hotel. It looked really old and the area looked kind of sketchy. We had 2 rooms upstairs. Once we go into the rooms I was pleasantly surprised. The room were very clean and homey. The check in was quick and easy. Very quiet throughout the night. I had a great nights sleep. I would give the Agave Inn a B+

Adequate but expensive
The room was adequate and clean--was not expecting the kitchen, as I reserved a room without one, but that was helpful. Seems like an awfully expensive room for what it was. I paid $275/night. It was one of the more affordable non-chain motels, so I went ahead and reserved it.

Could not be happier with my experience here and feel super blessed to have booked this location. The staff was easy to work with. And the room is comfortable, surprisingly quiet and the heat pump. Air conditioning system works like a charm and it's quiet... I love that there are hardwood floors here, cleaner. Easier to keep clean! This is not a fancy place, but it is tasteful. Everything is more than sufficient to please most people... even the bed is surprisingly comfortable! And the location couldn't be better, upper State Street. It's a premier location in Santa Barbara and has less congested and lower State Street... everything in the area. It's just a few minutes away... Santa Barbara is an exceedingly beautiful area. The variety of architecture, the verge of Tatian in the climate, the beautiful mountains and terrain, the beach! And don't even get me started on all the interesting cultural aspects in the food scene! Interesting, art and eclectic stores abound! It was also easy to book us online.. The communication with the hotel was perfect and done primarily through text messages.. could not be more happy. I'm still amazed at how quiet my room is am on the bottom floor expected it to be quite loud above... it's not! Perhaps I ended up with a nice crowd here because we're all quiet! Thank you Lord for this wonderful trip and the resources necessary to book it! Thank you as well for the wonderful hotel and staff, the cleaning service that to an exceptional job!
