What a beautiful property! We had a short trip and a full schedule, but had I known what a gem this place was, we would have scheduled time to stay put and really enjoy it. It was immaculate and the owners left very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to operate the numerous conveniences and aspects of the house they provide. Exceptional stay!

We cannot say enough about the beauty and ambience of this vacation home. Everything is top of the line in both quality and aesthetics. It was clean, comfortable, and so relaxing. We spent a lot of time in the backyard - at the pool, at the dining table, and around the fire. There were several days we didn't even leave the house - just spent our time in the backyard. The house is close to freeway access, local attractions, and various restaurants. Our host was communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. This house made our vacation and we look forward to visiting again.

Absolutely wonderful property and hosts!

We stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed the property! It is in a very nice neighborhood with many amenities nearby. The house is squeaky clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated. The beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. The outdoor living space is amazing, and we enjoyed many afternoons and evenings in the pool and around the outdoor TV set. David and his wife were extremely gracious and communicative. David met us at the property the first night and made sure we felt comfortable and well informed for any questions we might have. He also provided wonderful recommendations for a few things to do when we had some free time. We truly hope to be able to stay at this property again in the future!

Incredible Home and Property

Our family of 6 (My wife, myself and adult children) had a terrifice time. The house was fantastice. It was everything the pictures showed and more. It was impeccably decorated and the backyard area was magnificient. It was too cold for the pool but sitting in the California sun was still great!!! Having a suplly of coffee, tea, spices and oils was a nice touch. David's recommendation of La Jolla was one of the highlights of our trip!! We would recommend this house and hope to get back to stay again. Thank you so much!!!

So cozy and beautiful!

The moment we pulled up to property I was in love. So warm and welcoming, I literally felt like I was 🏡 HOME. When I use the term HOME this is such a compliment to the owners, as they have provided, and made sure property is clean,warm, and comfy! Lots of beautiful books, a piano our teenage boys fell in love with, and just overall such a lovely retreat when visiting SoCal. I was always in a hurry to get back to property and would have just been happy staying in the whole trip. I never, ever sleep well when away from home. But I am happy to report, a wonderful nights sleep each night. A great nights sleep, meant this was actually a real vacation, and made it so much more enjoyable. I am only staying down south again if I can secure this property. Love, loved loved our stay🙏.

Best vacation property

This was an immaculately well kept home and website photos are very accurate. Very clean, kitchen stocked, and beds were very comfortable as well the pool and backyard were very well maintained. We met David and Martha and David was extremely timely in communicating with us with any questions we had. It is only a short 10 minute drive to the Disney parking lot where they shuttle you right inside the park. We highly recommend staying at this property as you will not be disappointed..

Wonderful Stay!

Our experience with staying at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The website photos are very accurate. The house was spectacular, very well appointed, the furnishings were a blend of elegance, comfort and hominess, exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and the backyard garden were very well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were also very appreciative of the extras that were provided (start up coffee and filters, paper towels, foil and plastic wrap, spices, olive oil, etc.). We are happy to purchase/ replace what we use but it is so much less stressful when this is available upon arrival. Subscriptions to movie apps and the binder of detailed information on using amenities, recommended restaurants, list of sites to visit were very much appreciated and served us well. David was extremely timely in communicating with us at all times. He was very responsive in addressing concerns/ inquiries. We were fortunate in being able to meet David and Martha who were so kind in welcoming us and suggesting the best places to visit during our stay Thank you both for sharing your home with us. Our visit to Anaheim was truly enhanced by having stayed in your lovely house. It is without hesitation, that we would highly recommend your property.

Our highest rating!

This is an excellent property, in a great location, perfect for families, with great outdoor space! The property owners, David and Martha are excellent hosts. They provided comprehensive information during the booking process and responded in a very timely way to questions. They provided accurate information about the property. The check-in process was clear and easy. The house is updated, very spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It's located an easy 15 minute drive to the front gates of Disneyland and about 30 minutes from the beach. Our family loved the pool and watched movies outside by the fire. My husband and I have rented VRBO properties all over the country and we would give this property our highest rating. Thank you for your hospitality, David and Martha...it was great to meet you and we had a perfect visit to your home!!

We stayed at the property with my family (1.5,3 year old) and in-laws. This house is beautiful and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The location is great, the property is just as described and the owners were so gracious and communicative. It was great for kids (lots of safety features for the pool) but I would love to stay here with friends sans kiddos. We would be so grateful to be able to stay at this home again! Highly recommend.

Perfect in Every Way!!

We stayed here for 10 days last year and enjoyed it so much that we came back and stayed 3 weeks this year. As it was last year, everything about this property rental is wonderful, from the amenities, the location and neighborhood, the communication with owners, etc.. Santa Ana was not our original goal, however it turns out to be centrally located to so many things including Newport, Irvine, the dog beach, and shopping, and overall seems like a perfect place to vacation. The house remains spotless, the neighborhood quiet and friendly, the beds serene, truly we can not say enough - this is a 5 star retreat. Once again we thoroughly enjoyed staying in David and Martha’s home, it was perfect in every way, and we hope to have an opportunity to visit again!

Amazing experience!!!!

I am so grateful I found this property for our vacation. David communicated with me throughout the booking process and our stay, making me feel both welcomed and well informed. The property is gorgeous, with lots of great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, tools and appliances and we only had to buy the food we wanted, vs also buying spices/panty items. There were plenty of bedding to go around (we're from Hawaii), we roasted marshmallows in the firepit, and eyed the beautiful pool which we chose not to use this trip due to the weather. There were QR codes all around the house that explained how to use the firepit, the TV, the fireplace, etc, and the host book included lots of great recommendations for food and sightseeing. The location was perfect, close to Disneyland and shopping, a lovely and quiet neighborhood. I am crossing my fingers that the next time we come to California, we're able to rent this property, or any property by David and and his wife, again. I really cannot imagine a better host.

Beautiful and Comfy

We stayed at this lovely home with our son and daughter-in-law. Since we hadn’t been able to visit over the last couple of years, we wanted it to be a special visit. This place did not disappoint! Amazing Stay

'Perfect' would not be enough to describe both, the property and interaction with owner/agency. The property is first-class furnished and maintained and you will find everything you need and more. Amazing Home!

Was amazing experience from the very beginning, host was in constant communication and the house was spectacular. Every detail was thought about and was so clean and comfortable! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for someplace close to Disney (about 20-30 min w traffic at most) and is so quiet, peaceful, very private and felt very safe. Neighborhood was nice. Super easy to get to main roads and interstates. The drive to tourist attractions (Santa Monica Pier, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Sunset etc) was all around 1 hour or so even with traffic. LAX was about 45min - 1 hr w traffic. If we are in LA area again would definitely stay again. Thanks again to the host David!

Santa Ana Perfection

We had the opportunity to stay at this amazing spot for our families first visit to Disneyland! What amazing home away from home with incredible attention to detail and thoughtful over the top touches that made our visit truly exceptional. The photos do not do this one justice, every space looked even better in person and the pool/backyard was an absolute oasis after long hot days at Disney. The location is absolutely perfect and truly 10mins to Disney main entrance, plus 15 mins to Newport Beach for great shopping, dining and beaches. We really felt like we struck gold with this one and highly recommend - would be back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Home - Perfect Vacation

My family and I stayed here during the 4th of July week. We loved everything about our stay. The house was spacious with all the amenities you could want. The beds were comfortable. The backyard with the pool was amazing and we never wanted to leave. In fact, the only thing we would do different is spend more time at the house for our next trip. The communication from David was outstanding. He was very friendly and so helpful. We didn't experience any issues with our stay at all. He was helpful with recommendations around the area and just making us feel at home. I recommend this VRBO. The pictures don't lie. It is a beautiful home. Thank you very much!

Beautiful house in superb location

The house itself is absolutely amazing. It has everything you could need. The children loved the pool and it was fantastic to have use of our own private pool. The location is absolutely perfect with Disney so close as are a variety of supermarkets. The communication with David has been excellent. No query was too much trouble and he answered any question very quickly and in a very friendly manner. The house is very well thought out and we were particularly impressed with the QR codes on things that take you to a YouTube video filmed in the house, to show you how things worked. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking for a perfect and private place to stay.
