Nice Getaway
The host does a great job of communicating and everything was ready for us upon arrival. Plenty of room upstairs for sleeping. Was happy overall. The only criticisms we had were it was on a busy street which created a little noise and getting in and out of driveway was a little cumbersome, but manageable. Sleeping in the loft area is not ideal due to a motion sensor light that has to stay on. The showers were fantastic and loved there are 2 1/2 baths. Makes it easy for many to get ready at one time. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is adequate. We appreciate the host for the use of their property!

Great stay with a great location
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The home is in a great location and was perfect for our trip to Disneyland and the Anaheim area. We will definitely consider this property for trips in the future!

Comfortable Vacation Home
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. There were plenty of space to accommodate two small families (four adults and two small children). The place is very clean, and its location is conveniently surrounded by many restaurants. Candice, the host, was very responsive to my messages/inquiries. During my stay, I had to message her a few times and her responses were almost immediate, which made me feel very assured that she reliable and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Family Trip!
Overall great place, good hosts, and good location. The layout is unique but once you get used to it, it is fine. Plenty of space, private, and the extra 1/2 bathroom was perfect! Close to Disneyland and the beaches. There are lots of choices for food around the area or a short drive.

It was acceptable. I didn't realize the bedroom were all upstairs. My wife had a stroke past and uses a cane. We were able to survive, And had a good time me going to a teaching conference and my family going to Disneyland.

Family Trip
Perfect place for our stay. Plenty of room for our group. Clean and everything worked great. Beds were very comfortable and the futon in the master bedroom was ideal. I especially like having plenty of bathrooms. It worked well for getting ready every morning. Communication with host was great.

Nice house, but lacking some basics
The house is unique, the first floor is ONLY the kitchen-everything else is up a flight of stairs. For our family of 5 we had to carry food and drinks upstairs for a larger meal or eat in shifts on the three stools in the kitchen. There was a tray available to help with carrying items upstairs. The kitchen was beautiful, but the cabinets were mostly empty and lacked enough of certain things for a party of 5. There were only three coffee mugs and three table spoons. There was no dishwasher which was fine, but most of the dishes were not clean when we went to use them, so we washed them before we used them. The dish drainer looked dirty such that we didn't want to put clean dishes into it. We bought paper plates and cups to avoid washing dishes more than necessary. There were no mattress pads or pillow protectors on the bedding- only sheets. The water pressure is amazing so showering was overall a good experience. Most of the house appeared to be clean except for the floors that had dirty spots and hair upon our arrival. The hosts were very accommodating when we asked for a 5th dining chair and extra sheets for one of our teens to sleep on the convertible sofa. The location is great for Disney and beach trips or day trips to LA or San Diego. We found pickleball courts by the park about 2 miles away. The weather was gorgeous during our stay, 70-75 degrees most days. Bring long sleeves for the cool evenings!

Diamond in the rough
This place was really beautifully built very clean. The bedrooms were nice. The owners were really nice very easy to check in and check out afternoon. Carlos never had any problems even when the power got turned off they came over and dropped a generator off just in case, the power goes off for a long time really nice and very Well kept , really enjoy the property. I would highly recommend it.

Great spot, convenient location
Lots of restaurants around the area and about 15 minutes from the convention center and Disneyland. A perfect spot for three couples or a family and take day trips around there.

Perfect location
We chose this property because of its proximity to Disneyland. It was a great choice. The property was very clean and updated. There were only 2 drawbacks for me. One there was no living room and the kitchen was small and only had 3 chairs so 8 of us could not hang out together in the house. We could sit outside but when we woke or returned from the park it was dark out. The other inconvenience was the location. It was on a major road and was very difficult to get in and out of the driveway. Overall it was perfect for our trip. Thank you Candice for your hospitality. 4.8 stars!

Clean and secure
This is an awesome place to stay! Extremely clean and comfortable! All doors have key pad security! The house sits off a major 4 lane road, however we had no issues getting in and out! The kitchen is on the bottom floor while all baths and bedrooms, and laundry are on top floor. Top of the line appliances and mattresses!! The host was available by text and handled any issue (minimal) quickly and efficiently!! We hope to stay here again next year!!

Review
House was very spacious, clean, and well kept. The neighborhood was a bit loud as the house is on a busy street. However, it was a very nice house and felt right at home. The owner was very attentive and responsive to any and all questions we had. She even mailed out an item that was left behind! Definitely recommend this place!

I have extra towels in the cabinet and on the counter in the kitchen. In everyroom, I have 3-4 set of bath towels (3 pieces in each set) in the box. I was wondering why only 1 set was used. I hope you have asked me for them. Im sorry you did not see them.

Great!
Way better than we could have imagined! The place is beautiful and only 17 mins away from Disney! It's slightly loud at night because of the house being so close to the highway and streets, but owner of the house was always available when we had any questions. The house was fully stocked with towels, toilet paper, even had loofahs shampoo and soap in the shower. Very clean and very welcoming. Would love to come here again and stay when in the area

I love Gabriela Chiman and her family so much. They stayed at my house for about a week. They were quiet, followed the house rules and kept the house super clean. I hope to host them again when they are in town next time.

Comfortable Stay at amazing Property
I want to thank Candice for her hospitality and quick responsiveness. We visited LA to go to Disney 3 straight days for our daughter's birthday and we wanted to be close to the parks. In this case it was only a 15 min drive! Then, I was a little stressed as we were visiting with two 3 year old toddlers and a 10-month old baby, but the property itself was amazing and the level of comfort exceeded our expectations. The property is greatly equipped with everything one might need during a short stay. Finally, Candice was super responsive whenever I had questions. I plan to go back to Disney next year and I'll be doing it in advance so that we get to book Candice's property. Thanks for being such an accomplished host Candice!!!

Sergio and his family are amazing guests. They stayed at my place for 4 nights. They were quiet, followed the house rules and kept the house super clean. I hope his family had a good time at Disneyland and I hope to host his family again soon.
