    Scheduled Maintenance or Inspections:

    Occasionally, there may be scheduled maintenance or building inspections that require access to the unit. We will always provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and all guests are expected to comply and provide access as needed. Please note that in instances where the building maintenance team receives a leak or emergency alert (such as a gas leak, water leak, etc.), it is classified as a critical emergency. To prevent further damage, maintenance reserves the right to enter the premises without prior notice. We thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment



    Please be advised that maintenance, heating schedules, and operational status of shared building amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, are managed exclusively by the building, and we are not liable for any service interruptions, heating issues, or scheduled maintenance during your stay. By completing this booking, guests acknowledge that amenity availability depends on building management schedules. While we cannot perform repairs on these shared facilities, we are happy to follow up and get updates from building management should any issues arise.
