"We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for 11 friends to get together and enjoy Sardinia. Communicating with Carlo in the lead up to the trip was easy and enjoyable, he was very responsive and made our arrival perfectly smooth. The villa itself is spectacular - of course you can see how beautiful the outside is from the pictures but the inside is amazing too, full of character and incredibly comfortable for 11 of us. Carlo made sure we had all the information we needed throughout....

"Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!"

"Would thoroughly recommend. Alessia and her family were wonderful welcoming hosts. Well equipped apartment, three very generously sized bedrooms, bathroom and open air kitchen/dining area. Beautiful views of the sea and sun rise every morning. Beach only a few minutes walk away. Delicious home cooked breakfast provided. Fell in love with the private swimming pool"

"Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus von Pierre war einfach nur großartig. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation waren sehr herzlich und das Anwesen einfach ein Traum: ein Ferienhaus mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail und einem fantastischen Garten, mitten in der Natur in einem Olivenhain und Blick aufs Meer mehr geht nicht. Wir haben die fünf Wochen, die wir dort verbracht haben, sehr genossen und wenn wir mal wieder im Süden von Sardinien sein sollten auf jeden Fall wieder hier! Absolut Empfehlung!"

"Das war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in diesem großen Haus mit vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten für Sonne, für Schatten oder auch mit Überdachung bei Regen. Eigentlich ist das Haus für viel mehr als nur 2 Personen geeignet. Die Vermieter verbringen hier ihre Weihnachten mit der gesamten Familie. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Ferienhaus ist. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand, nur wenige Schritte quasi vom Hausstrand entfernt. Ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt....

Il Signor Saiu si è mostrato gentilmente disponibile per ogni nostra possibile necessitå, ma non è stato necessario perche tutto era perfetto e vicino al rustico sono presenti vari servizi di prima necessità. Simonetta und Francesco haben es sehr, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Der persönliche Checkin und Checkout hat uns gutgefallen, beide sind sehr, sehr nett.
