Set in a peaceful and panoramic location on the hills of Sant'Agnello, the villa offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces including a fully equipped kitchen, landscaped gardens, covered patios, a private swimming pool, solarium areas and panoramic terraces.



Arranged over three floors, the property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and comfortable living areas, making it an ideal choice for families and small groups looking for the privacy and tranquility of an independent villa while remaining within easy reach of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.



The Space

The Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests and is arranged over three floors, with beautiful views over the Bay of Naples from its rooms and terraces.

The surrounding flower-filled garden features a built-in barbecue, outdoor dining areas, a relaxing pergola, a large covered sea-view patio, a panoramic private swimming pool, sun loungers, a solarium with outdoor shower, a lemon garden and aromatic plants.

The outdoor courtyard, decorated with atmospheric lights, creates a charming setting for relaxing summer evenings.

Private gated parking is available inside the property for two small cars or one van. A bus stop is conveniently located just outside the villa, providing connections towards Sorrento.



Ground Floor

Living Area:

The entrance opens into a spacious hall with sofa and bookcase, leading to a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa bed, TV, stereo system, telephone, PlayStation and air conditioning.

A double marble staircase connects the different floors of the villa.

The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, citrus juicer, coffee machines and a dining table with seating for up to ten guests.

Both the kitchen and living area provide convenient access to the large covered patio overlooking the outdoor spaces and swimming pool.

The patio is furnished with tables and chairs as well as comfortable lounge seating, creating an inviting area for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential appliances and cooking facilities needed during your stay, including dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, citrus juicer and coffee machines.

It has direct access to the large covered patio with tables and chairs and to the swimming pool area.

Additional services available upon request include cooking classes, Italian pastry classes, private chef experiences, breakfast service, lunch and dinner service, private excursions, trekking guides, grocery delivery and scooter or car rental.

• City Tax: 4€ per adult per night (From April 1st to October 31st)

• Late Check-in: 20€ per hour (on request)

• Extra Cleaning: 180€ per 3 days a week (max 3 hours per day, 1 linen change)

A complimentary Welcome Pack is provided upon arrival and includes bottled water, a small aperitif, coffee capsules, biscuits, jam, chocolates, fresh lemons from the garden and a bottle of local wine.

A starter supply of household essentials is also provided, including dishwasher/washing machine detergent, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, paper towels and toilet paper.

Please note that these products are provided as an initial supply; additional products required during the stay should be purchased by guests.

Tap water at the villa is drinkable.
