Fantastic holiday house

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Lovely holiday house, very clean and well equipped, great air conditioning, lots of space and pretty garden. Lots to do in the area, great day trips to Pompeii and Vesuvius and Casarta palace and water park - only wish we had time to stay longer.

superb stay

The ginger house is an outstanding rental. The house is in perfect condition. It is superbly appointed with excellent kitchen equipment, ample and comfortable furniture, plenty of room, a quiet and lovely surrounding grounds, vegetable garden and orchard. The landscaping is nicely done and in excellent condition. The hosts are kind, available, intelligent, and knowledgable of local resources. They brought us an induction plate and a space heater after we began our stay, without our request, just to enhance our experience. They live locally and are well-known in the small, very beautiful village. There are absolutely no downsides to this rental.

Très belle location

Très bien reçus par les propriétaires, nous avons très apprécié cette belle location très bien équipée, avec de beaux espaces. La maison reste fraîche ce qui est très agréable quand il fait très chaud et la climatisation du 1er étage où se trouvent les chambres fonctionne très bien. Un sanitaire au rez de chaussée serait un plus. Merci Sabrina et Dominique de nous avoir donné accès à votre très beau jardin potager. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les légumes et les fruits frais. Sant'Agata De Goti est une très jolie petite ville, très animée. Nous avons aimé pouvoir nous y rendre à pied depuis la location. Plusieurs lieux de visite à ~1h de route : Naples,Pompiers, ...

Aus dem Garten auf den Tisch

Wir haben mit Ginger House ein sehr sauberes, gerade komplett renoviertes Haus vorgefunden, dass mitten in Obstplantagen am Rande des wunderschönen Ortes Sant Agata de Goti liegt. Sabrina und Domenico waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, wir durften Salat aus dem Garten ernten und Domenico stellte uns regelmäßig köstliche Kirschen und Aprikosen auf den Tisch. Da es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiß wurde, waren wir froh, dass es im Innern des Hauses schön kühl blieb. Wir hatten uns bewusst für ein Haus etwas außerhalb entschieden, da wir nicht jeden Tag etwas unternehmen wollten und auch gerne einmal zu Hause blieben, um zu faulenzen. Daher noch einmal lieben Dank für die Sonnenliegen! Darüberhinaus haben wir auch viel gesehen - Caserta, Pompeji, Neapel, Capri und die Amalfi-Küste... ein rundum schöner Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegten Haus!

An excelllent property!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. The house is so comfortable and well equipped and Sabrina and her family made us feel so welcome. It is within walking distance of the town with plenty of bars and restaurants. But it is also in the middle of beautiful countryside with amazing views. I couldn't recommend this accommodation more highly and would love to return again!

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Auch wir können das Ginger House auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir haben hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist so wunderschön im Grünen und von Gärten umgeben gelegen. Und doch ist der Ort Sant' Agata de' Goti zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, so zum Beispiel nach Caserta, Neapel, zum Vesuv oder Pompeji, ist die Lage des Hauses ideal. Die Räume des Hauses sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man in einem Haushalt benötigt. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist äußerst nett, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Wir wurden von der Familie ganz herzlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes mit leckerem Gebäck und frischem Obst aus dem großen Garten verwöhnt. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ginger House sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Prachtige vakantiewoning vlakbij Sant Agata dei Goti

De woning is heel comfortabel en gezellig ingericht met oog voor detail. Er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht. Er zijn overal vliegenramen geplaatst, zodat men binnen geen last heeft van vervelende insecten. De huiseigenaren, Domenico en Sabrina zijn supervriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Er is een moestuin en boomgaard, waar men naar hartelust mee kan van genieten. Ginger House ligt aan de rand van Sant Agata dei Goti, in een rustige, doodlopende straat. Sant Agata is een prachtig, authentiek middeleeuws stadje, dat terecht zijn plaats verdiend heeft op de lijst van de mooiste stadjes van Italië. Wij hebben hier genoten van een onvergetelijke vakantie en keren zonder twijfel nog eens met veel plezier terug naar Ginger House !

Tranquility Base :-)

Ginger House is a beautiful property at the top of a quiet road on the outskirts of the picturesque and historic town of Sant'Agata de Goti. Starting with the basics - the house is very well maintained and clean. Everything works, and is of a good standard. The beds are comfortable, the sofa is comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen are modern, well laid out and well equipped. There is an upstairs air conditioning unit which serves both bedrooms and was able to keep the upstairs nice and cool despite some very high temperatures during the day. Most of the windows have built in fly screens - although bugs really weren't much of a problem either side of dusk. The windows also have electrically operated shutters so you can keep the sun out and the inside cool with ease. The house has a very large garden area given over to growing fruits and vegetables, and we were invited to help ourselves to this whenever we needed. Domenico came almost every day to look after the garden and was able to help out with anything we needed (which was not much - changing a filter on the pool for example) and would leave us a selection of fruits/vegetables to sample. Sabrina is a wonderful host and was very helpful during our stay, providing advice and ideas for places to visit - even making restaurant bookings for us as our knowledge of the Italian language was very poor. It's worth noting that - in our experience - the people of the local town didn't generally speak much English, so it's worth learning a few basic expressions in Italian before you go. There are quite a few nice places to visit nearby - Sabrina has lots of ideas to share. We particularly liked the nearby towns of Benevento, and Telese-Terme - where there's a lovely riverside park. Further afield Vesuvius, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast are a little over an hour's drive away. We had a lovely relaxing time and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Fijn vakantiehuis in mooie en rustige om bv Napels en Pompeï te bezoeken. en geving

Compleet huis, inclusief groentetuin, in het heuvellandschap van Campania. Napels, Pompeï en de Vesuvius in een uurtje rijden te bereiken. Fijn om 's avonds uit de hectiek te zijn. Sabrina en Domenico zijn erg gastvrij en communiceren snel en duidelijk bij vragen. Een aanrader voor de combi rust en interessante ( toeristische) trekpleisters. Auto is wel noodzakelijk.

Volltreffer - hier könnte man für immer bleiben.

Wir hatten ganz spontan und kurzfristig gebucht - leider nur 8 Tage. Unser Anspruch war ein Ferienhaus zu finden, dass uns Ruhe und Erholung bieten und als Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region dienen sollte. Beides wurde zu 100% erfüllt. Ginger House ist ein wunderbar ansprechendes, mit unendlich viel Liebe bis ins letzte Detail renoviertes Landhaus auf riesigem Grundstück mit Obstplantage und Gemüsegarten. Und dies beides konnten wir nutzen! So hatten wir mehrere Salatsorten, Brokkoli, Fenchel, Zwiebeln, Peperoni sowie Äpfel, Nüsse, Kaki und Kiwi direkt vom Grundstück – wie im Paradies. Die Gastgeber, Sabrina und Domenico, waren überaus herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Obwohl sie nicht beim Haus wohnen, hatten wir das Gefühl, das Hilfe jederzeit präsent war. Beispiel: Während wir den Vesuv bestiegen, hatten wir Wäsche zum Trocknen auf einem Ständer im Garten gelassen. Bei unserer Rückkehr hing ein Beutel mit einem Bügeleisen an der Haustür. Zum Ambiente muss wohl kaum etwas gesagt werden. Die Bilder sind ehrlich, so haben wir alles vorgefunden. Großzügig und wunderschön. Die Außenanlage vor dem Haus ist mittlerweile deutlich schöner als auf den Fotos, da jetzt voll bewachsen. Wir haben uns hier extrem wohlgefühlt – als Gast bei guten Freunden. Wohlfühl-Ferienhaus und wunderschöne Augen-Blicke („A thing of beauty is a joy forever“ - John Keats (Si!!) Liebe Suchende, wir haben neun entspannte Tage in einem wirklich wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Wohlfühl-Ferienhaus, mit seiner schönen Landschaft, bietet Erholung für alle, die auch das traditionelle Italien lieben. Im ruhigen Hinterland, eingebettet zwischen Natur und einer wunderschönen kleinen Stadt mit Kirche, Restaurants, Cafe´s und Supermarkt, liegt das Haus mit allem Komfort. Alles ist wie auf den Bildern – oder noch schöner, denn auch die warme und herzliche Art der Gastgeberfamilie wird Sie zusätzlich spürbar in Empfang nehmen. Das Haus bietet große, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Räume, ein sehr gepflegtes Ambiente, eine gut sortierte Küche, ein Duschbadzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer, eine Terrasse und mehrere Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Extras - wie die Waschmaschine – haben wir sehr zu schätzen gelernt. Die Stadt Sant'Agata Dé Goti ist mit dem Auto, aber auch bei einem kurzen Sparziergang, gut erreichbar. Das Haus bietet den perfekten Start in den Tag, um von dort Neapel und seine wunderschöne Umgebung (Vesuv, Pompeij, Capri, Sorrento, Amalfiküste) zu erkunden. Für uns war das Haus und die Lage des Hauses der schönste Ausgleich nach unseren Ausflügen. Das GINGER HOUSE ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, besonders auch, weil die Gastgeberfamilie den Wohlfühl-Aufenthalt durch ihre herzliche, unkomplizierte, hilfsbereite und authentische Art abrundet. Unaufdringlich bleiben sie im Hintergrund, doch über WhatsApp stets ansprechbar. Prachtig huis!

Luxe woning. Heel schoon! Vriendelijke ontvangst; De gastheer en de gastvrouw doen alle moeite om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. We mochten zelfs sla uit de tuin pakken en lekkere walnoten (zelf verbouwd) eten. Alles klopte met de beschrijving. We zullen deze woning zeker aanbevelen bij vrienden.
