On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room, a well-equipped independent kitchen with a closed terrace for storing beach equipment, doing laundry, and more, and a half bath. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: 2 beds x 160 and 2 beds x 90, a bathroom with a shower, and a 10 m2 balcony overlooking the river. Ideally located for walking to the village, taking excursions to the expansive Sant Pere Pescador beach, or spending the day at the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, a natural area at the mouth of the Fluvià River. Groups under 25 years of age are not accepted. Pets are not allowed.
