Empordà Soul is a modern country house (built in 2025) with a 600 m² garden, 10 meters saltwater pool, and a porch with barbecue. It features 2 bedrooms (one with a loft), 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, workspace, and pets are welcome. Less than 10 minutes from the beaches of Sant Pere Pescador and Empúries. Ideal for families, cyclists, and lovers of peace and nature. The house is designed to offer comfort, spaciousness, and a connection with nature. It has two cozy and functional bedrooms. The first is a large room with plenty of wardrobes, a 160 cm double bed, and a 90 cm single bed. A large window fills the space with natural light and offers stunning views of the surrounding fields and mountains. The second bedroom features a 140 cm double bed and a loft with a 90 cm single bed. This loft, ideal for children, should always be used under adult supervision to ensure their safety. The whole house stands out for its high ceilings and large windows, allowing exceptional brightness and a feeling of space and freedom in every corner. It has two full bathrooms with showers, fully equipped to meet all needs during your stay. There is also a quiet workspace and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining room, and living room—ideal for sharing moments with family or friends. From here, you can access a large covered porch, perfect for outdoor meals or enjoying a barbecue, even on the hottest summer days. Outside, the house features a lawned garden area, ideal for children to play freely or for relaxing in the sun. The saltwater pool, over 10 meters long, is perfect for cooling off while enjoying the natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. A true haven of tranquility surrounded by nature. Sant Miquel de Fluvià is a charming village in the Alt Empordà region, surrounded by olive groves, fields and peaceful countryside. Its impressive Romanesque bell tower and rural atmosphere make it an ideal place to unwind. Just 10 minutes away by car, you’ll find the wide beaches of Sant Pere Pescador, great for families and water sports, and the historic coves of Empúries, next to the Greco-Roman ruins. The Fluvià River winds through the area, offering scenic walking and cycling routes through nature, wetlands and small forests. Nearby Figueres offers culture, museums and all essential services. A privileged location between sea, river, and the authenticity of the Empordà. Getting around Sant Miquel de Fluvià and its surroundings is easy and convenient. 🚗 By car, you can quickly reach all the highlights in the area: the beaches of Sant Pere Pescador and Empúries, the old town of L’Escala, the medieval villages of the Empordà, or the city of Figueres — all within 20 minutes. 🚲 By bike, you’ll truly enjoy the landscape, as the area is full of country roads, forest paths, and trails along the Fluvià River, perfect for cyclists of all levels. 🚆 By train, you’re lucky — the station is right in the village, just a few minutes’ walk from the house. There are regular trains to Figueres, Girona and Barcelona, so you can easily explore the region without a car if you prefer. Pets are part of the family, and here they’re more than welcome In this house we love animals and truly care about their well-being. That’s why your furry companions are more than welcome: we want them to enjoy the holidays too, surrounded by nature and peace.
