We had the most amazing week in the best villa ever. The villa was beautiful, well equipped, comfortable with everything we needed. We spent alot of time in the pool, which was perfect for swimming and playing. The views and privacy were a bonus and we met the tortoise on our last day. The beds were all very comfortable and the villa was exactly as described. Binibeca is a beautiful location for exploring the island with great restaurants and we spent alot of the time at the beach. It does get busy so is better early or later in the day. Great hosts and will definately book again.

The location and outdoor space/swimming pool at this villa are as good as it gets - it honestly doesn’t get any better. Cala Torret is wonderful - excellent supermarket, bakery and around 5/6 restaurants. All of the restaurants are really good, but CalaMar is the best by far. We had such a great time on this holiday and Adam and Sigrin were superb hosts - we will definitely be back.100% recommended.

Peaceful retreat

The house is really lovely - worked really well with a multigenerational group like ours and the hosts were great in making suggestions and responding to questions before and during our stay. We really enjoyed the several outdoor areas, bbq, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Our daughter loved the garden and seeing the cows across the wall. Convenient for exploring the local area and only 20 mins from the airport, with amazing restaurants and beaches on your doorstep. Unfortunately the shutters in the main living area malfunctioned on day 1 of our trip and although the hosts were very communicative, the problem was not fixed until day 5 which hampered the amazing view and indoor/outdoor living of the house. Our only other issue was the comfort of the beds/mattresses, which all of our group struggled with.

Excellent villa, particularly the outdoor space

Had a fabulous week at this villa. 6 adults and a baby. The villa is quite spacious, nice lounge and kitchen areas although would benefit from aircon in the lounge (aircon only in the bedrooms). The master bedroom upstairs is really nice, with a comfy king size bed and a lovely balcony and stunning views over the fields. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs and while the rooms are acceptable the single beds are not very comfortable. We also felt the cleaning could be improved, generally it was clean but lots of dirt and dust under the furniture (ok it’s out of sight but should still get cleaned in my opinion). Lots of kitchen equipment, dishes, glasses, etc so well provided. So the inside spaces are ok, however the outside space is spectacular! Lovely pool area, very private, not overlooked in any direction. Nice shaded area if you want out of the sun (you will!). There is a large dining table for 8, separate comfy seating area, 8 good quality Sun loungers, and the wonderful seated bbq area where you can play your tunes all night long. The gardens are beautifully maintained and have wonderful views over the fields. Communication with Adam and Sigrin was excellent. They are very, very responsive to any questions or queries (we had quite a lot, just familiarising ourselves with everything). Generally they get back to you almost immediately. This was our first time in Menorca and we loved it. Hope to return one day.

Perfect Villa

Our group of 7 (3 adults, 4 teenagers) had a perfect stay at the Villa. The villa is located a short walk down the hill to the beach and Cala Torret and not too far into Binibeca Vell either. The villa itself was immaculate. Brilliant pool and outside area, ample room inside for the 7 of us and had everything you need. A set of beach towels was a great thought to save on packing and our boys loved the storage box full of beach equipment. The outside seating area and bbq is brilliant for eating/drinking in Adam was brilliant as a host, instantly responding to any question we had. We have stayed in the same villa near Binibeca Vell a number of times and were gutted when it wasnt available this year as we had got so used to it. We could not have chosen a better option instead - highly recommend.

Menorca heaven

This is such a stunning villa, set in a lovely, quiet location a short walk from the village (let’s hear it for Cala Torret - we absolutely loved its laid back ‘vibe’, as the young people say). The villa has lots of space and stylish, comfortable seating areas for getting away from it all. Only five of us, but plenty of room for more. The pool is sparkly clean and a great size.Great restaurants within walking distance, especially the wondrous Barracuda - but do book, as it’s tiny. Thank you to our super-responsive hosts, Adam and Sigrin. We will be recommending your place to our friends. What a find!

Best week in Menorca

We travelled as a group of 4 couples and have just returned from a fabulous week at this villa. The villa has everything you can need and more, from a well equipped kitchen to shopping bags for runs down to the supermarket. The outdoor area is not overlooked and has so much space we did not feel cramped at all, we enjoyed the pool and pool room and the shaded seating areas came in handy when the weather got too hot for us. The outdoor table is perfect for al fresco meals and we would come back after any meals out to play a few card games around it. The restaurants, supermarket, beach and a wonderful little bakery can be reached within a less than 10 minute walk with Binibeca Vell a 20 minute walk away. Adam and Sigrin were very helpful with recommendations prior to our visit and responded quickly when we had a questions during our stay. Would highly recommend this villa for a holiday and hope to return some time in the future.

Great family getaway.

Beautiful villa on the edge of town. Exactly as described on the website. Very clean indeed and everything there that was needed by such an age diverse group as us. Wonderful, safe pool for the toddlers. Food very, very good in all the local restaurants. The local Spanish were very friendly also. Would 100% visit this town and this villa again. Thank you very much to Adam and Sigrin for helping us have a fantastic family holiday.

Lovely Villa

We all liked the villa. It is in a very tranquil location with a secluded garden and pool. A short drive/ or walk to local restaurants, beach, bakery and a supermarket.,The villa is well equipped. An information folder with suggestions of where to eat/places to go would be helpful. Our hosts were very helpful and quickly responsive to any of our questions. If you are looking for a quiet holiday this is a good place to stay. Menorca is very beautiful.

Great location and lovely outside space

We are in our 60s and appreciated the location, quiet and peaceful . Easy walk down two sets of steps to lovely beach and bar. Excellent restaurants, but best to book. Villa was great, loved the outside space, sunsets watched while sat in the bbq hut. Many thanks to Adam who responds quickly, and dealt with our queries. Very grateful for late checkout on the last day,

Great villa for 3 generations

This Villa is so well set up for a 3 generation holiday. We have 2 kids under 3 and everything you need is there including parasols for the beach, buckets spades etc for the beach, toys for the pools, toys for inside Etc. Grandparents slept upstairs and had their own space while we were all downstairs in the lovely cool and dark bedroom (no need for blackout blinds). You can easily walk down the hill to the supermarket and beach. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks

My wife and I stayed for 5 weeks and during that time my son and wife and 2 teenagers stayed 2 weeks, then my daughter and 3 children stayed a different 2 weeks. The layout and bedroom configuration worked really well for us. The master bedroom and en-suite is upstairs. The other double with en-suite and 2 twins are close together and there is a further bathroom. There is a spacious lounge area leading to the outdoor terrace where we ate outside every evening. The pool is fantastic and ideal for all the family for either a quick cool down or some fun for the younger ones. There is a lovely outdoor “party room” with Bluetooth speakers and a barbecue. The garden area is really well kept with 2 or 3 seating areas shaded by by olive trees or awnings. A 7 minute walk gets you to the local supermarket and bakery and 7 restaurants, 6 of which have a sea view. Communications with the owner are excellent. Adam normally responds within seconds of messaging him. We did have 2 issues while we were there. Things break and staff don’t always do as expected. It happens. What matters is how things are resolved. Adam responds immediately and keeps you informed what is happening. He is the friendliest and best communicator I have ever had when staying in a holiday rental. I highly recommend him and his villa.

Lovely and quiet

We really enjoyed this well-maintained villa, which is located in a cul-de-sac in a generally quiet area. The outside space is extremely private, with an open aspect across olive groves, so perfect for an all over tan! The outside and pool area are very well laid out and maintained, with good quality furniture and loungers. The pool is a good size and was particularly clean, with no damaged tiles and sensible access steps. The whole patio is covered in very nice quality tiles. The outside pool room is equipped with Wi-Fi speakers. The villa is very well situated for the waterfront restaurants/bars and supermarket. We had one small plumbing issue, which was addressed in super quick time by the very helpful maintenance company. Ample hot water supply and general water pressure. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we wanted in terms of implements, cutlery, crockery and appliances. The garden is well maintained with a lovely selection of plants, and it was very nice to see the tortoise wandering around from time to time. Internally operated external shutters on all the windows, and aircon in all the bedrooms are big plus points. Communications with Adam & Sigrin were excellent. We will be very happy to return.

Just back from having an amazing holiday with my family at this villa, this is our second visit and I loved it just as much as the first time. It has a great pool, not overlooked and the new pool room was brilliant to sit in at night having a bbq or just to relax with a book and a glass of wine. Schönes, sauberes Haus

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool und neu errichteter Grillecke ist schön. Nur die Bäder müssten mal wieder erneuert werden. Da es von ihnen auch keine Bilder gibt hat uns das auch etwas überrascht.

Amazing property

Just returned from a fantastic week at this villa. Located in a peaceful part of Binibeca, short walk down to the shops, restaurants and a little further down to the beautiful beach. The villa is very private and has a brilliant sized pool which was prefect for our party of 7, as was the dining area and the BBQ space. It felt like a home away from home and we had everything we needed for the week. Communication with the host was brilliant throughout our week, we had a reply almost immediately for all of our little queries. Would not hesitate to rebook this property and we were all sad to have to leave!

Sublime villa, awesome vacation

There are so many good things to say about our vacation in this villa, but I will try to stay somewhat concise. 1) amazing swimming pool, size is perfect, the water has an excellent temperature and the pool is well kept. Surrounding chairs are plenty and very comfortable. There is both shade and plenty of area for sunbathing 2) there is an overwhelming amount of toys for playing on the beach, in the pool and inside the house an occasional rainy moment of the day. I've never seen this in a rental villa and we (of course especially our son) were so happy about this! 3) the house, garden, everything was very perfectly clean 4) we had the chance to speak to the people from the service by telephone twice, and they were very friendly and helpful 5) anyone who books this villa (especially as a group of friends or sorts), will be glad to have such a nice BBQ area with an audio installation, mason BBQ, comfortable seats etc 6) the villa is well equipped for cooking and eating 7) the surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous. There are many villas in the area, all with gorgeous gardens, and it was one of our daily highlights to just walk around in the neighborhood. The villa is also close to the beach and a very small town nearby. We would recommend this villa to everyone who wants to stay in that area of Menorca! If we ever consider to come back to Binibeca (which is likely, but one enjoys to discover new places), we hope to be able to book this villa again!

Very nice home in a great location

The house is very modern and functional, offering a lovely view over sunset, in a super quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk down. We really enjoyed the pool and watching movies after a busy day touring the island. A great number of towels were provided which we are so grateful for. Each room had comfy beds. The outdoor seating area was amazing and the barbecue fun too. We also are super grateful for easy check in and check out, great communication throughout the stay.
