Fantastic house in great location

The house and garden were amazing. Lots of space both in doors and out doors. The pool was obviously a blessing in the hot weather. The roof terrace was the perfect spot in the morning for a cuppa. Cleaned and maintained throughout our stay. Great location to walk to beach, bars, restaurants and supermarket. We had a car so enjoyed going further a field but Binibeca itself has lots to offer.

Lovely villa

We stayed for 10 days in this villa and has a lovely time. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well kept and the location is great. The communication with the owners was good and prompt. We did find the beds to be uncomfortable and this was a shame as otherwise everything else was spot on!

Spacious, well equipped villa in a quiet location. Plenty of space for a family, lovely to have 3 bathrooms so that everyone has their own privacy. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage although there is plenty of outside space to dry clothes naturally. The sun terrace off the bedroom on the top floor is a lovely space with beautiful views. We loved our time at this villa. The villa owner, Michael, was so helpful and answered questions quickly. Would recommend this villa for a family. Everything is within walking distance, 2 good supermarkets, nice restaurants, a lovely sandy beach. Wish we had booked 2 weeks!

Very pleasant stay at a comfortable villa

We had a relaxing week, spent mainly in the pool. The property is on a hill about 10-15 walk from the coast and its small collection of restaurants, a supermarket and cafe/bakery. It’s a relatively quiet area. The top bedroom is the most comfortable, a larger room with en suite. The other three rooms — one has a nice en suite — are smaller. There’s no air con in the kitchen or living room, and it was very hot during our stay but the bedroom air con helped a lot. There’s a washing machine in the garage area, which was useful. The kitchen is quite small, only suitable for one person when cooking. There’s a dishwasher and everything you’d need. We hired a car at the airport in advance so we explored Mahon a couple of times, it’s only about 30 minutes away. There’s a water park about a ten minute drive away. There are a few wasps but we’d read reviews about this so we brought a wasp trap with us, and that helped. Communication with Michael, the villa owner, was good. We had no issues. If you’re hiring a car, note that the pillars at the drive entrance are quite close together. We had a medium sized SUV and it was tricky to get through to the drive but we managed it. A wide car wouldn’t fit through. We had a delightful visit from one of the local wild tortoises, around the pool area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa in a quiet area.

Relaxing villa in a nice area convenient for local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very nice beach close by 15minutes stroll. Villa owner was excellent to deal with and sorted out an issue with the pool very quickly. The accommodation was really comfortable. It could benefit from some new pots and pans though as some were quite old! But generally it was well equipped and had everything you need for a nice stay.

Excellent all round. There was a problem with the fridge which was sorted extremely quickly despite it being a weekend. Property managers and owners really friendly and helpful. Family with young children, we really enjoyed the villa.

A fabulous villa

The villa was perfect for our family holiday. Lots of space inside with a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious and clean bedrooms. A large terrace upstairs that would be amazing if it had some seating up there. The pool area was fantastic, we all loved it especially the kids. Really lovely location, near to the beach and swimming spots. Few restaurants also within walking distance, they got really busy though so best to book. A quiet little area, perfect for getting the most out of self catering in the villa.

Great relaxing break

Nice quiet location, but within easy reach (~600m) of the beach, harbour, restaurants, bus stop and super(mini)market. The villa has a nice established garden which provides plenty of shade and total privacy while using the pool - unlike many in the neighbourhood. The pool was lovely and came with a pool guard which was particularly useful as our toddler has just started crawling. Provision for the toddler was excellent with a good quality high chair, large cot and plenty of plastic kitchen wear. Nicki who manages the booking couldn't have been more helpful - always easy to get hold of. This was our first family holiday post lock down and it didn't disappoint.

Très belle maison dans un très bel endroit

La maison est grande, très bien équipée et facile à vivre. Tout est fait pour qu'on passe un très bon moment (nettoyage de la piscine, jardin entretenu). Ce qui me ferait mettre la 5ème étoile : une literie d'un peu meilleure qualité dans les chambres adultes. Sinon, je recommande vivement cette villa pour ses prestations, mais aussi pour sa situation et le calme environnant.

La maison est superbe et bien entretenue La communication avec Nick ni excellente, c’est une personne extrêmement bienveillante et compétente Seuls bémols : - le jardinier qui arrive quand tu prends ton petit déjeuner - zéro pression à l’etage Pour la douche et pas d’eau chaude ou quasiment pas malgré les efforts de Niccki - les draps et les housses d’oreillers sentaient l’humidité j’ai été obligé de laver et sécher les draps - plaque à induction dans la cuisine et juste une poêle et un faitout pour cuisiner dessus... pas du tout bien équipé Pour le reste semaine extra Bibibequer est un village très très beau n’hesitez pas Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Relaxing stay in lovely villa

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in this well appointed, lovely villa. Communication with the rental company was quick and easy and any questions asked were answered promptly. The villa itself is in a very quiet position, about a 8-10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from a handful of restaurants. It is a very hilly area so you do need to be semi fit unless you hire a car. We loved swimming in the pool especially as it is not overlooked, so it was very private. The kitchen is well equipped and a coffee maker was provided on our request. We had a couple of BBQs which our grand daughter loved. It was nice having three bathrooms, so we could all get ready without waiting our turn to have a shower. The TV showed UK programmes and there is a strong WIFI signal. Altogether a good time was had by all, many thanks to Nicki

Little paradise by the sea

We stayed at the villa during one week in April. The villa is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the garden and pool area and the kids spent hours in the pool although it was early in the season. The property is very private since the view from the streets is protected by a 2m hedge. Inside the villa is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is quite big and well equiped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refridgerator, dish washer and more, all of it good equipment. Also the bathrooms are really modern and tidy. The upper bedroom is spacious and opens to a roof terrace with a nice seaview. Internet was available in good quality from all rooms and the garden area, which was most important for the kids. The house is on top of a hill in a quiet area of Binibequer Nou. We didn't notice much traffic and also no noise from the airport. It took us only a few minutes walk down to the sea and Binibequer beach, one of the nicest small beaches we ever visited. There is a small restaurant and shopping area close to the villa; we liked the bakery where we could buy fresh bred in the mornings with an extra smile from the staff. We had rented a car and did some trips to Mahon, Fornells and other attractions in the neighbourhood, all within less than 30 minutes driving team. The watersports facilities by the villa, in particular the dive centre, were still closed since it was early in the season, but we enjoyed the jogging paths, on which we could run many kilometres without crossing a main road.
