My 8 friends and i have just returned from Villa Esmee to celebrate 4 big birthdays and we had a fantastic time. The villa was perfect for our needs, the kitchen had everything, we needed, beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Thankfully the sun shone and we were able to take advantage of the oitdoor dining and the wonderful pool. Lovely swimming at the nearby beach and good restaurants within walking distance. Communication was brilliant with Philippe and Glen sorted us with some missing towels. We hope to return for the next big birthday!

We had another excellent stay at Villa Esmee - the villa has everything you need and has a few extra touches like the nespresso machine, tv stick and great air con, dishwasher that make it stand out as something special. Great easy location from the airport and short stroll into the Vell. The pool area and lawn areas are perfect for relaxing or playing on and all within view of the patio area. The beds were super comfy (tempur mattress in master bed) and gorgeous views from the balcony. There is every piece of cutlery you can imagine in the kitchen so cooking is no problem and a large fridge/feeezer for convenience. Some people have said the villa is looking dated but I disagree - it’s quaint and in keeping with the vibe of menorca. We had family staying from age 11 to 70 and no one had complaints. The little land train stop is a short walk away and Punta prima is a lovely day out with a lovely beach and a good selection of restaurants. We adore Villa Esmee and look forward to returning. The hosts were also great al communication during the booking process and whilst we were there. Lovely villa and a great holiday.

Beautiful and spacious outdoor area/pool and great layout of living space - excellent check in and contact with the professional, friendly and efficient Glen - he is an asset to the owner for the way he responds to any queries.Phillipe (owner) was in contact also and a pleasure to deal with.The internal decor and facilities were adequate but not luxurious - a couple of the mattresses were not comfortable at all and I would describe the bedrooms as fairly basic with no mirrors and furniture similarly so. We were expecting pool towels but there were none included so we had to buy some while we were out there.We did have a lovely holiday with our family and would recommend the villa for location, layout, air con was excellent and positive and helpful interaction with all concerned with the property.

Beautifully quiet location, lots of outdoor space, shade or in the sun. Lovely pool area, cleaned twice per week. Walking distance to a small selection of restaurants. Short drive to some stunning beaches. Internally the villa has all the amenities needed. Renting for 10 days we weren't given a change of bedding or towels which we expected

Lovely villa and great hosts

Great communication prior and during our stay from Phillipe and Glen. The house is lovely, has good air con, the pool is brilliant and not too deep so good for the little ones. Great location for walking into the village or a quick drive to the beach, shops, Airport. Thank you.

Perfect Place to stay on Menroca

I recently traveled to menorca with some friends and we chose to stay at this villa. The communication with Philippe has been brilliant - he even went so far to check on us during a rain strom, as well as recommending places nearby to check out. The house also is amazing! We would definitly come back to Philippe's house when we visit Menorca again. All in all a perfect experience!

Great family Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Philippe was a considerate host, and Glen was more than helpful This was a much delayed family celebration. The pool was perfect, the AC was excellent. The 3 grandchildren had a great time. Terrific beach 15 minute walk/5 minute drive.

A fantastically great value, large and spacious villa in a very convenient location

Beautiful and generous pool and lawned gardens with ample space for outdoor BBQs and entertaining. Inside the very quiet air conditioned means you can sleep peacefully (delightfully comfortable beds) and in comfort of cool air. Nice sea view from balcony Great for a big family or group of friends. And very close to Binibeca town, supermarket and the cool, funky new Bambu - but do reserve if you want to dine there. Philippe was a great host always caring for us. We highly recommend it and we wish to come back next year.

Wonderful!

We had a brilliant stay at Philippe’s villa in Binibeca which is located in a quiet cul de sac at the top of the resort but with easy walking access to all parts of Binibeca. The open plan layout of the villa is fabulous and the kitchen stocked with everything you need for self catering. The pool was great too, and it’s testament to the property that we barely left it!! Philippe was great at communicating in the lead up to our stay as well as checking in with us while we were there - a wonderful host. Thank you for a brilliant holiday, we wouldn’t have any hesitation in returning :)

Satisfaction

L’emplacement est optimal pour visiter tous les recoins de l’île. Cependant la voiture est indispensable. La maison est située dans un quartier sympathique et calme. L’extérieur de la maison est très agréable et fonctionnel avec sa pelouse, sa terrasse couverte, son barbecue… A l’arrière de la maison, facilité pour étendre le linge avec la buanderie et le lave linge. La piscine est adaptée à tous les âges. L’intérieur de la maison est fonctionnel…cuisine équipée, climatisation, espace à vivre agréable… La chambre parentale à l’étage avec sa terrasse est agréable. Les 4 chambres du bas sont adaptées pour des enfants (lits d’une place). Nous remercions l’hôte pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité si besoin.

Superbes vacances

Une maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Proche du joli village de benibeca et des rochers d'où sauter dans une eau d'une transparence inouïe. Joli point de départ afin de découvrir cette merveilleuse île qu'est Minorque et joli point d'arrivée pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée dans une piscine très agréable. L'absence de barrière ou haies hautes donne une sensation de liberté et curieusement de sécurité vraiment appréciables. En résumé un séjour parfait ! Une voiture est recommandée afin de pouvoir mieux découvrir l'île et se rendre dans de jolis restaurants alentours....ciutadella est à presque une heure de route,

10/10 in every way possible!

If you have stumbled onto this rental, you needn’t look any further! Book it! Definitely one of my best Homeway choices and experiences. The place is just lovely - the photos don’t do it justice. It has a lovely open indoor and outdoor space, the kitchen flows to the living room, which opens up to a huge terrace with lots of outdoor furniture, then onto a beautiful soft grass and pool area that has ample of comfy sun beds and a sun umbrella. The air flows nicely through this whole area, keeping things cool (even though it has air conditioning throughout the whole house if you were to need it). It’s spacious and delightful to stay in. The beds and couches are comfortable, the showers always run hot, fast internet, thoughtful appliances in the kitchen, great communication, easy check in process, immaculately clean. It is within close walking distance to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, beaches and rock platforms to swim from. I have already passed on the details of this place to multiple friends and plan to come back myself. ** We stayed at another place in Binibeca (that had outstanding reviews) before extending our stay and transferring to this place and wish we had been at this property the whole time. Thank you for hosting us! We loved your place!

Delighted - We’ll definitely be back!!

This villa is gorgeous! And really well located. The street is a dead end semi-private street so it’s really calm. And at the same time it’s really close to walk to the sea & beaches, the « Binibeca Vell » Fisherman’s village with the restaurants and bars. It’s also a quick 20 minutes ride to the airport which was a real plus compared to the other end of the island. We had a really good stay in this Villa: master bedroom is upstairs with its own bathroom and balcony with the most iconic view: incredible sunset with view of the coast of Mallorca with a Palm Tree in the picture. All the other rooms downstairs with 2 bathrooms were perfect for the kids and we could have been staying with friends as well, plenty of room! The main area comes with a high ceilings and very wide floor to ceilings windows with perfect views on the terrace, lawn and pool. Everything from the sunbeds near the pool to the main dining table both inside and outside, the couches inside and outside are made for 10 and very comfortable. Kitchen nicely located in the back with a bar for the main room - nice. All the amenities you can expect were available. Will definitely repeat, we loved the island (was our first time) and the number of wild beaches you can easily get too. Owner was really kind, answered all our questions, available and straightforward to deal with. Thanks again !!
