Villa preciosa

La casa es preciosa , el porche increíble tanto de día como de noche (no solo se ve el mar sino que se escucha y se siente su brisa ) Cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar las vacaciones. Nosotros hemos estado con 3 niños (dos de ellos menores de 5 años) y no ha habido nada que hayamos echado en falta. La ubicación es buena ( restaurantes y comercios muy cerca ), muy tranquila y la cala Binibeca (accesible andando desde la casa) es preciosa ! La piscina y su entorno es perfecta tanto para los adultos como para los niños. Y de la anfitriona solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento . Ulrike ha estado muy pendiente en todo momento para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta (desde el mismo momento en que realizamos la reserva, hasta nuestra vuelta a casa) . Muy recomendable !

Impecable y con un porche estupendo

La casa tiene un porche desde el que se ve un poco el mar, el jardín está muy cuidado. La casa muy ordenada y limpia. Detalles cuidados con gusto. Excelente ubicación cerca de Playa, bares y restaurantes caminando. Trato muy amable. Repetiremos.

Very well located which meant it was walkable to local restaurants. A good pool and sun terrace with sea views and a comfortable villa. The host maintained contact before, during and after our stay. All very reassuring.

Our favorite Villa by the sea

This was my second time staying in this beautiful villa after a few years, and it was even more amazing than the first. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The villa is spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. The outdoor space is well looked after, and the pool is simply fantastic.Ulrike is very kind and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.I really hope to come back again!

Fabulous villa, location and host

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely villa in Cala Torret, Binibecca. The villa was really homely with lots of personal touches. It’s really well maintained and was also very clean. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to several restaurants, a great bakery, a mini supermarket and the beach. It’s also at the end of a very quiet no-through road. Ulrike the host was super friendly, easy to communicate with and clearly wants her guests to have a great holiday. We will be back!

Binibeca Summer 2024

What a wonderful holiday we had in this villa! The villa was modern, comfortable and super clean. Great location, within walking distance of everything you need. We loved strolling down to the bakery each morning for pastries and fresh bread for lunch! The pool was fantastic and the outdoor seating area was absolutely perfect. Host Ulrike was super helpful and accommodating. She gave some great restaurant suggestions as well - definitely go to Bambú for dinner at sunset. Book in advance if you want to sit on the terrace overlooking the water! The Thai a short drive away was also good. Pampu also delicious! Don’t forget to stop at Bindi Cream for an ice cream! Overall, we had a wonderful week. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay in this amazing villa. The views are wonderful, the villa was very clean and well equipped. Having the filtered water tap and water bottles for chilling drinking water was great. Slept well with comfortable beds and very good ceiling fans. Hope we can come back!

Superb Host & Location

The villa has a very welcoming feel to it. Every little detail has been given thought to and it was so well equipped and the villa was so clean. It is in a lovely quiet location with excellent easy access to the supermarket and restaurants. Ulrike, the host, is just amazing and cannot do enough to make sure everything is ok. We have rented other holiday villas in Binibeca and the hosts have been ok to good but this time the host has been superb. A huge bonus was the filtered water from the inbuilt system. Just lovely when chilled in the fridge in the bottles which were also provided. No carrying heavy bottles from the supermarket. The bedroom ceiling fans are very good.

Just Perfection!

We stayed two weeks at this little gem of a house. So well appointed and comfortable…pool was just pristine and refreshing after a day at the beach. This house is very near stores, shops and restaurants, but tucked away for privacy and quiet. Perfect for people with a few kids as all can walk down to this sandy beach of Binibeca. The owner, Ulrike as so great to deal with, informative and nice. We hope to rent again in the future. A++

Binibeca Aug22

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday here. Our host Ulrike could not have been more accomodating and especially understanding as we had to postpone our original booking due to the pandemic. Her comms with us throughout could not be faulted. The villa was extremely well equipped and spotless. The location was great, a 5 minute walk to the sea and Cala Torret, where there were a small selection of excellent restaurants, bakery and supermarket, and 10 mins to the beach. It was really quiet and relaxed around the whole area. The pool was fantastic and we were hardly out of it. We visited Binibeca when it was especially hot and so the only difficulty we had was at night trying to sleep unfortunately. The numerous fans provided couldn't cope, whereas any other week they may have worked fine. The Cala's were great if you wanted to avoid sand and crowding on the local beach. Snorkelling was wonderful. Would love to visit again.

Just returned from an amazing week, villa and location were perfect. Ulrike made the stay stress free and was a perfect host . Nothing was too much trouble. Attention to detail at the property was first class. We have booked again straight away for next year!

Location et hôte parfaites.

Maison très agréable avec piscine et préau très appréciables, équipement complet (rien ne manque), dans une zone de l’île très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons la maison ainsi qu’Ulrike qui a fait tout ce qui était possible pour faciliter notre séjour (très arrangeante sur les horaires d’arrivé et départ).

Superb villa in a beautiful location

Given the ever changing Covid rules it was such a relief to have such a communicative and helpful property owner in Ulrike. The villa is absolutely fantastic. Extremely clean, very well equipped (beach towels, water bottles and water bottles for the fridge as well as a Nespresso machine) not forgetting water filter so no need for plastic bottles of water. There is no air con but the fans kept us perfectly cool and given the location there is always a lovely breeze from the sea. The location is perfect - walking distance to the local supermarket, restaurants and beach. Some lovely spots where you can walk, jump into the water from the rocks and snorkel. Bliss. I would prefer not to recommend this villa so we could always ensure it is available but … that would be a bit selfish. Our fave bits of the villa - veranda with dining table overlooking the pool, the roof top terrace for early morning coffee and sundown drinks and the pool (of course). As well as the amazing views of the sea … I could go on. Thanks Ulrike for such a wonderful stay.

Great location, ideal for families lovely and quiet* Excellent host always on hand and if you need any help* Exceptionally clean accommodation* Beautiful pool, not over chlorinated, cleaned to an exceptional standard* Minor improvements would be: Air conditioning, due to the high temperatures in summer, also fly nets in the lounge/kitchen to keep the pesky mosquitoes out... Overall 9 out of 10 experience, our family loved this beautiful Villa, Thank you Ulrike.

Pleasant family beach house

Nice beach house in Cale Torret. Very clean, cozy and furbished with care in the details. Ideal for family with 2 children. We have made our choice thanks to positive recommendations including high speed internet, an obligation in COVID circonstances. On this point, we had to face problems with WIFI connexion. Thanks to reactivity and concern of Ulrike, it has been solved and certainly the future visitors will benefit from more powerful and stable Wi-Fi connexion.

A little Gem

We had a beautiful holiday. the Villa was immaculate. This was the most peaceful & relaxed property we have ever stayed in, enjoying both the pool, beaches & Restaurants nearby & further afield. Also good to be more spontaneous with a lovely gas barbecue. Ulrike was also the most communicative helpful owner we have ever dealt with & nothing was too much bother. The Utility room was a bonus and to have the opportunity & facility to recycle our rubbish whilst on holiday was perfect as we always feel guilty when not able to do so as we do at home. We thought the property would benefit from Air Conditioning particularly in high season & more UK tv channels would be good as the only one we could find was Sky News. These are only minor negatives and would not stop us from visiting again. Thank you Ulrike.
