Fantastic villa for group holiday

The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Wunderschöne Finca

Die Finca ist perfekt für bis zu 10 Personen. Sie bietet ausreichend Platz und es fehlt an nichts. Sehr tierlieber Vermieter. Die Finca ist schön angelegt, eine richtige Wohlfühl-Oase. Nur zu empfehlen!! Der Vermieter geht auf alle Wünsche und Anliegen ein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Absolute Traumfinca

Es war traumhaft. Das Haus bietet ein sehr durchdachtes Konzept! Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne! Ausreichend Gläser (für jegliche Getränke), Geschirr , Kochutensilien und zahlreiche tv-Geräte sind vorhanden. Der Pool ist mega und der Outdoor Jakuzi bringt die perfekte Entspannung ! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit , kulant und immer erreichbar . Es waren tolle Tage!! Bis zum nächsten Jahr !

Die Finca hat alles was man sich wünschen kann und Paul ist super freundlich! Gern immer wieder:)

Die Finca ist sehr sehr großzügig, sauber und mediterran gestaltet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und einen Tv wer ihn brauch :) Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind groß und offen und es fehlt an rein gar nichts.. einfach nur top!!! Wir möchten wieder zu Paul und seiner wundervollen Finca!!! <3

Everything of the description meets the reality, Paul is a great host, despite the huge thunderstorm happened in October 2018 in that area Paul was making any effort to repair the jacuzzi as well as some other damages. Thanks for your hospitality!

Ein unglaublich erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa

Wir, eine Gruppe von 8 Personen, im Alter von 5 bis 68 Jahren, haben unseren 10 tägigen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach nur riesig. Die Ausstattung ist sensationell. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was der Koch so braucht. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters hatten wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terasse verbracht, von welcher man einen grandiosen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Cala Millor und Sa Coma hat. Von hier kann man sich den ganzen Tag das Meer betrachten uns sich einfach nur fallen lassen. Der Pool ist ideal aufgebaut und super temperiert. So konnte unser 5 jähriger Sohn jeden Tag stundenlang im Pool planschen und seine Schwimmkünste stark verbessern. Wären wir 2 Tage länger geblieben wäre er vermutlich ohne Schwimmhilfe geschwommen. Im Haus hat man riesig viel Platz. Wenn man am Pool angekommen ist uns bemerkt dass man etwas vergessen hat sind die Wege bis ins Schlafzimmer schon sehr weit.:-) Die Schlafzimmer sind allesamt sehr groß bemessen und jedes hat ein eigenes Bad und vor allem eine Klimaanlage wodurch man Nachts in den bequemen Betten erholsamen Schlaf findet. Einen Fernseher gibts ebenfalls in jedem Schlafzimmer. Diesen hatten wir nie an. :-) Die Fenster sind überwiegend mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, was auch zwingend notwendig ist. Hier weist Paul auch daraufhin sich auf die Moskitos vorzubereiten. Ein Anitmückenspray oder auch ein Antimückenstecker ist mehr als angebracht. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft super sauber. Ich habe bis dato wenige Urlaube in Hotels verbracht in denen es so sauber war. Paul hatte uns am Anreisetag empfangen. Es war ein sehr herzlicher Empfang, auch wenn es anfänglich ein paar sprachliche Barrieren gab, welche sich aber nach 5 min in Luft auflösten. Was ich unbedingt noch erwähnen und mich auch nochmals bedanken möchte, war die schnelle Reaktion bei einem Ausfall einer Klimaanlage. Wir bemerkten an einem Freitagabend dass in einem Schlafzimmer die Klimaanlage nicht mehr funktionierte. Nach einen kurzem Gespräch wurde uns dann Hilfe zugesichert. Am nächsten Tag waren wir unterwegs. Als wir gegen Mittag zurück kamen fanden wir einen Zettel von Paul vor, auf dem geschrieben Stand, dass er uns telefonisch nicht erreichen konnte und das die Klimaanlage wieder repariert sei. Einfach nur super !! Vielen Dank. Vielen Dank von uns allen für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Villa Miramar June 2018

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Villa Miramar. We are family of 10 comprising 6 adults ranging from mid thirties to age 70 and 4 children ranging from 1 to 4 years. The villa was perfect for us. It is spacious with lots of room for the children to run about, very clean, extremely well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The configuration of the bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well for us. There is also plenty of outside space and a shady area to get out of the sun if required. The two washing machines and two fridges were really useful. The location of the villa was excellent for us as it is away from the built up areas,has fabulous views but is within easy reach of the supermarkets and the sea. The pool was lovely and was the highlight of the holiday for the children. They were in the pool every day and had a fantastic time. All the extras such as the toys, swings,potties and buggies make the property child friendly which makes a big difference. Having friendly, helpful owners nearby was most reassuring. We have had a fantastic holiday, with beautiful weather and a super villa to stay in . Our thanks go to Paul and Karen The Appleton Family The villa was perfect for us. It is spacious with lots of room for the children to run about, very clean, extremely well equipped and we wanted for nothing.

Wunderschöne Finca mit toller Aussicht

Wir genossen eine super Woche in dieser schönen Finca mit sehr grossen Zimmern und einem tollen Umschwung. Die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet und der Vermieter ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir mit wichtigen Informationen über Haus, Land und Leute versorgt. Alles klappte bestens und wir fühlten uns jederzeit rundum wohl. Vielen Dank Paul, Alex

Spacious finca with great views!

We've spent one week with 11 people in this beautiful place and really felt at home. This finca is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. We espacially liked the fact that each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom (some of them also have a dressing room or a balcony). In this way every Party had its privacy and nobody got in each others ways. The kitchen is well equipped and provides everything one needs for cooking. The property is extensive and has a lot of differnt places to rest and enjoy the sea view. The pool was great fun during the day but we also really liked the jacuzzi for it was also quite chilly in the evenings or when the sun wasn't shining. A definite plus for the children were the turtoises which live in the garden. They looked for them every day and enjoyed feeding them. Paul is a great host and welcomed us in the best way. He showed us around, gave us advice and provided us with everything we needed. It was a pleasure to meet him. We really recomend this place and would love to come back one time!

Perfekter geht´s kaum für Familien

Wir haben die Finca für den Weihnachtsurlaub mit der gesamten Familie (9 Personen, 3 Hunde) gebucht. Das Haus ist einem absoluten Top Zustand. Sehr gute Zentralheizung,Fenster,Türen,Küchengeräte,Bäder, einfach alles 100%. Die Aussicht (atemberaubend,weitblickend aufs Meer) und die Lage (15 min bis Cala Millor, 30 min bis Manacor) sind einfach nur perfekt. Der Poolbereich mit Whirlpool und einer schönen Bar runden alles perfekt ab. Hunde und Kinder können rumlaufen und spielen ohne Grenzen(weiträumig abgezäunt, keine gefährlichen Stellen). Die Hausbesitzer haben wirklich an alles gedeacht und mit dem Hausverwalter Denis hatte man jederzeit Hilfe und Informationen zur Hand die man brauchte. 5 Sterne Service. 5 Sterne Haus. Wir kommen wieder!Das war unser bester Fincaurlaub bisher auf Mallorca.

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Miramar in August 2017, along with our two young children and two other families with young kids. We found the villa to be very well equipped for a large group like ours. The bedrooms were really great, all very large (two were massive) and all with large en-suites. The ground floor essentially breaks down into three rooms and to be honest we didn't use two of them as we were either outside or at the beach during the days/evenings. These south-facing rooms were also extremely hot with temps were approaching 40C during our stay. I would like to have had AC downstairs as well as upstairs, which was blissfully cool for sleeping. The kitchen provided everything we needed, albeit the dishwasher and oven door could do with a service/replacement as these were not working optimally which was frustrating. The outside space and particularly the pool area is undoubtedly the biggest selling point of this villa. Great pool, kids play area, table tennis, boules pitch, bbq, various seating/dining areas; all made for a great time for the whole family. The location was great for our needs, we wanted somewhere out of the way but with good access to the many great beaches on this side of the island. Having a hire car was absolutely essential obviously and I'd recommend pinning the villa location on you phone maps prior to arrival. This villa is off the beaten track so finding it for the first time is a challenge unless you are following a satnav. There is also a section of dirt track as you approach the villa which is fairly narrow and stony but perfectly navigable. I would certainly recommend Villa Miramar to others.

Fantastic stay at a great house!

We loved it at Cala Millor. We were a group of 10 with 1 child and the house was perfect for us - huge rooms and wonderful outdoor space. The eating area outdoor also worked brilliantly. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely holiday home with the most fabulous views

It was lovely to find a secluded holiday accommodation with such fabulous views. The house is perched on a hillside, off the beaten track and away from the busy resort of Cala Millor. The house is very much the owner’s home with photos and souvenirs of family throughout the house, making it feel very much home from home. We arrived to a lovely welcome from the owners with an unexpected gift of beers, cava, milk and fruit and quickly settled in for the week. The villa is huge and could easily accommodate two families. It is very well equipped, having five generously sized bedrooms, everything you could need in the kitchen and has a wonderful outside space. We spent many hours relaxing on the comfy sunbeds by the fantastic pool. Although the pool was too cold to use in early April, there were many other activities to occupy us, including table tennis, boules, badminton and a great hot tub, which was very popular with our two teenage girls. The villa is ideal for visiting the North and East of the island. We had lovely days out in Porto Christo (marina, beach and caves), Cala Millor (beach), Cala R’atjada via Catamaran and Alcudia. The latter having an old town, port and beach, was voted our favourite day of the holiday. There is a huge choice of restaurants in Cala Millor and Cala Bona which are 10 minutes’ drive from the house. Paul’s (the owner’s) recommendations were spot on, S’Oratge in Cala Bona was so good we dined there twice and Soma in Porto Christo was also enjoyed very much. Thank You for sharing your home with us at very short notice, we had a lovely relaxing holiday which was just what we needed. The Wheeler family xxxx
