The space
The house “La Vijanera” is a very special place to relax and enjoy Ibiza’s climate and sunshine. It’s located in a very quiet residential area close to the beaches of Salinas and Playa Den Bossa, with restaurants, supermarkets, a bus stop, and a gym, and is 2.5 km from the center of Ibiza.

The house has two floors plus a rooftop terrace. The first floor features the kitchen—located in the tower—a twin bedroom, a half-bath, and the living-dining room, which opens onto a large terrace and the pool.

On the second floor, there are three double bedrooms, two of which open onto another lovely terrace.

The other bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and there is another bathroom in the hallway.
One of the bedrooms is located in the stone tower.
The third floor is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy incredible views of the sea and Ibiza Castle.

Amenities and Common Areas
There are restaurants, cafes, a bus stop, and a gym; it’s a very well-connected area with a very quiet neighborhood.
