Perched on a quiet hillside in Ibiza’s Sant Josep de sa Talaia, this charming four-bedroom villa offers unforgettable panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the iconic island of Formentera. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, the property blends indoor comfort with Mediterranean outdoor living.
Inside, a spacious open-plan living and dining area creates a bright, welcoming hub for shared moments, with ample seating and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and preparation space, making it easy to prepare meals together. Four comfortable bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to ensure restful nights, and four well-appointed bathrooms provide convenience for all guests. Air-conditioning, a washing room, parking and Wi-Fi help keep everyone comfortable and connected during the stay.

Outside, large terraces overlook the sea and garden, offering inviting spaces with a grill for alfresco breakfasts, sunset drinks, or just lounging in the warm Balearic breeze. A private swimming pool provides a refreshing focal point for sun-soaked afternoons, with sun loungers and shaded seating adding to the outdoor comfort.

To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: €150 for lost keys, €50 per makeup-stained towel, €50 for dirty dishes, and €100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a €100 to €250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
