Formidable !!!

Vue imprenable sur la mer et un groupe de dauphins !Villa située à 30 minutes maximum des plages, villages et boîtes de nuit d’Ibiza, cela permet de changer chaque jour de site.Grands espaces communs et terrasses idéalement exposées (apéros au soleil couchant un régal).7 chambres de taille inégale (mais largement acceptable pour la plus petite) pour 6 salles de bain (on a pas trouvé la 7eme sauf si il s’agit de la douche de la piscine ) je conseille un tirage au sort pour éviter les rancœurs .Suffisamment équipées pour 14 personnes, un séjour au top !!!À vous de tester

Maison magnifique, propre avec vue à couper le souffle !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison d'Antonio. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la vue est tout simplement merveilleuse !! La maison est très confortable, bien équipée et très propre. L'équipe a été aux petits soins pour nous accueillir et répondre à nos questions. Il faut prévoir une enceinte si l'on veut écouter de la musique, et se connecter au wifi car il n'y a pas de réseau dans la maison.

TRAUMHAFTE AUSSICHT

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend, besonders beim Sonnenuntergang. Der private Pool war perfekt, um nach einem Tag am Strand abzukühlen. Die Einrichtung war gut und gemütlich, und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig, jedoch etwas abgelegen. Einziges kleines Manko waren vielleicht die etwas steile Treppe im Haus und das schlechte WLAN. Ich kann dieses Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub auf Ibiza wärmstens empfehlen.

Best view ever

We totally liked the house which we visited for one week with friends in April. The house is spacious, nice, clean and the view from the balcony is amazing. Antonio was a nice host which always helped if needed. Thank you for the nice stay, we want to come back!

Wow! Book it.

This is a wonderful property. The pictures do it no justice. It’s well furnished. We had everything we needed. The view was Amazing. I enjoyed that the rooms were spread out for privacy, but our only concern was only being able to access some of the rooms outside of the main house/space (since we had mostly women in the group). We had a group of 8 individuals, my only three cons were lack of hot water access. The hot water went pretty quickly even if we spread out shower time. Overall it was very inconsistent. The only other thing was more of a nuisance were rolly pollies (isopods) everywhere. We were well aware they aren’t hatmful, but they got on everything. Toilet paper, shoes etc. The wifi could also use a boost. The only space with wifi access is the main common areas and everything/everywhere else is a dead zone. Mind you this is a 3 story house. I didn’t mind it so much since we were in vacation and was looking to disconnect so it encouraged me to be off my phone. It mostly became an issue when we were by the pool, or in the rooms. Overall this is an amazing property about 25 mins from Ibiza town by car. We didn’t mind the drive as it was scenic. At first it was hard to find but it’s oh so worth it.

Schöne Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen.

Gut : - Die Aussicht ist wunderschön - Personal ist sehr freundlich - Große Küche - Geschwindigkeit vom WLAN Schlecht: - Dach im blauen Zimmer undicht. Bei Regen tropft es ins Zimmer. - Es riecht überall feucht bzw. modrig - Toilette im Haupthaus, geht die Spülung nicht richtig ( lief sehr langsam ein bzw. fast nicht.). Wurde aber ohne Probleme repariert. - Kochfeld in Küche defekt. - Baustelle auf Nachbargrundstück (Lärm) - WLAN geht nur im Bereich Küche und Wohnzimmer. - Schwimmbecken fallen die Mosaikkacheln ab. - Sonnenschirm am Pool ist defekt. - Viele Moskitos - Wasseroberfläche im Pool immer dreckig ( kein Skimmer) - Die Liegefläche der Doppelliege ist dreckig (Schwarzer Schimmel) - Viele Kellerasseln im Haus

Beautiful Home!

We were amazed by the wonderful property and the lovely sunset views every night. Our family of 15 enjoyed the many levels of the home, which provided great privacy but also allowed for gatherings for all in the main areas. The wifi worked well in the kitchen and family room (mainly). The property was close to restaurants and a nearby beach. We would highly recommend staying there!

Paradise

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The view and the pool were brilliant. There was a slight mosquito problem but you have to expect that in a place like Ibiza. There was no warning of poor mobile phone reception and lack of local amenities but with a car everything is close enough. It would have been nice if basic things like coffee and tea were there. There was only one outside bin so we had no idea what to do with all the extra rubbish that built up over the 5 day stay. Apologies to the owner and the cleaner. Hopefully all of the extra food and drink we left behind made amends.

Super mooi huis en heerlijk uitzicht

Onze eerste indruk toen wij het huis binnenkwamen ? Wauw, mooi, groot, uitzicht, zwembad en schoon. Het enige wat wij miste was een barbecue

Best holidays in Ibiza, Magic villa

We were looking for a special house, with tranquility, family and with incredible views. All this and much more has this house. We fell in love, and had an amazing dream vacation. The house has incredible views, is decorated in a dream and is very comfortable. We recommend renting a car although it is not necessary since there is taxi service very close. We will return without a doubt very soon! We loved it. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.
