We had a lovely stay at this extremely comfortable house with the most amazing views. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops and other interesting towns to visit. The kitchen was so well supplied! And the beds were comfortable. Plus we loved the shower in the master bathroom. Peter, Lucy and Carmen were always available to help with any issues. Highly recommend this cozy home!

Uns hat wirklich alles toll gefallen! Der Gastgeber, wie auch die Unterkunft, sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und haben den Ausblick sehr genossen. Den Pool haben wir aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht genutzt. An Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und wurden freundlich und zeitlich flexibel empfangen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt!

Absolutely amazing

We would most definitely recommend Maremar, set in the most stunning scenery and views. Peter and Lucy have been amazing hosts from start to finish. We all really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return at some point.

Sant Feliu de Guixois

Bereits bevor wir angereist sind, wurden wir exzellent über das Haus und den Urlaubsort informiert und betreut. Das Haus selber ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Blick auf das Meer ist überwältigend und lässt einen den Urlaub von Anfang an genießen.

We verbleven met 5 volwassenen en 1 kind (2,5 jaar). De accommodatie was goed en compleet ingericht en de ligging uitzonderlijk. Prachtig uitzicht over zee vanaf hoog op de rotsen. Het huis ligt naast een prachtig bos. Rustig gebied

Perfect family holiday in a great location

Perfect. We had a lovely family holiday in Maremar. The communication from Peter and Lucy was excellent throughout. The house exceeded our expectation and the views were amazing. Maremar was a great base to explore all that Girona and the Costa Brava has to offer. I would not hesiste to book again when returning to this area.

Fabulous villa in a stunning location. Great communication from Peter and Lucy. The villa is really well kitted out and gives you that home from home feeling. Really nice to meet Carmen and chat with her. If we could give it a six star we would.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub!

Wir haben hier 14 wunderbare Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hervorragend ausgestattet und vollständig klimatisiert – ideal für heiße Sommertage.Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend, und der großzügige Pool liegt idyllisch eingebettet in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage. Besonders angenehm: Der Pool war nie überfüllt und lud jederzeit zum Entspannen ein.Der Vor-Ort-Service durch Carmen war erstklassig – freundlich und hilfsbereit.Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen waren für uns die recht harten Matratzen – das ist aber sicher Geschmackssache.

Perfect in November

We stayed 8 nights at Maremar and spent our days exploring Sant Feliu de Guixols and the villages along the Costa Brava. We loved Sant Feliu the most and could see ourselves coming back for extended stays. The home was very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The location was excellent in both its proximity for walking to town and being in a quiet, private neighborhood. We spent hours on the patio in the mornings drinking our coffee and enjoying the view of the Mediterranean.

Fantastic Villa

The villa is much better than the photos - they simply don't do it justice. Six of us stayed for the week and it has everything you could want, The view from the terrace is beautiful and as it faces the sea there is a welcome breeze. Peter and Lucy are tremendous hosts and provided lots of relevant information for places to visit in the area. They were also available constantly to help with any queries able helped by their wonderful housekeeper Carmen. We had a great time on holiday and would recommend this to anyone.

Luxury family holiday home with stunning views

The house is in a beautiful setting, up on the cliffs with a breath-taking sea view. The owners have thought of every comfort - airy rooms, high quality bed linens and fluffy towels, fully equipped and spacious kitchen. The communal pool is in an idyllic green space surrounded by pine trees. It is an easy walk (downhill) into St Feliu itself, with its sandy beach, crystal clear sea and wide range of restaurants, markets and shops, and activities. Communication with the hosts was excellent, we highly recommend this holiday stay.

Amazing house in beautiful location

We loved this house. The views are spectacular. Peter and Lucy were such attentive hosts. Carmen the housekeeper kept the place spotless and made us very welcome. I can’t think of a better rental experience in 30 years of holiday lets. The house is very well appointed - everything worked - and Sant Feliu is a proper Spanish town - not just a tourist resort. We can’t wait to return. Ten out of ten!

Absolument parfait

Maison très bien située, au calme avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la méditerannée. Tout le confort nécessaire et plus encore. La piscine communautaire est très grande et jamais surchargée. Nous l'avons plusieurs fois eue pour nous tout seul. Peter et Lucy (et carmen) sont aux petits soins et feront tout pour que vous passiez d'agréables vacances. A très bientôt !

Beautiful views, wonderful home, great owner!

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very communicative from start to finish. Let me start with the house - it is exactly as described, includes everything they list, is spacious, has parking for 2 cars, and has an outstanding view. The pool is 2 min away. It is close to the beach and the town. The owners were very responsive to any questions and, when we had a mishap at the airport and checked in late, were very accommodating.They left us basic necessities (coffee, bread, fruits, etc) which made us feel very welcome.Carmen, the housekeeper, was very helpful (Thank you!).We would definitely return if given the opportunity. I recommend it for a very relaxing stay at the Costa Brava.

Viel besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können, die Vermieter hervorragend und das Haus ebenso. Peter und seine Frau geben alles um Ihre Gäste zufrieden zu stellen und stehen im engem Kontakt mit Carmen der Hausverwalterin. Auch Carmen ist sehr freundlich und man verständigt sich aus einer Mischung von Spanisch, Englisch und Gesten, klappt alles hervorragend. Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht und bietet eine grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Pool ist zwar 50 m vom Haus entfernt und liegt sichtgeschützt hinter einer verschlossenen Tür, ist aber entsprechend groß und auch dieser wurde noch Mitte Oktober gepflegt. Das Haus ist arlamgesichert und hat einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei unseren Vermietern.

This is such a wonderful property that exceeded our expectations. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. The home and view is exceptional with so many lovely details that are normally missed in rentals. The property is further from town and the beach than Google says, but the path and roads are lovely and safe. We did not have a car, although having one is recommended, and walked to town and the beach and sometimes taxid home to save some uphill steps! Mostly we enjoyed all the walking and had a delightful stay. We hope to return to this property and town, both are true gems! Thank you for sharing your treasure! With our walking I will add our trip included individuals from age 59-82, so consider the source!

Family Retreat

We loved everything about this place. The views were spectacular. The house was extremely clean and the four bedrooms and three baths provided all we needed as a family. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one needed to cook well. Our communication with the owners could not have been better. They literally made every step as welcoming and easy as possible. Also everything functioned perfectly. And we felt fully secure. Also a great location for touring in this area. When we next return to the Costa Brava region we will definitely check this out to see if it is available. We would love to stay here again.

Our stay with Peter and Lucy was fantastic. This house had everything we needed, which made a lot of the things we packed unnecessary.Chairs, a beach umbrella, air conditioning, a gas barbecue, a stunning view of the sea… what more could you ask for? The house is fully equipped with everything you might need.The swimming pool was beautiful. Communication was excellent. Exceptional Property!

Our family of (4) had a wonderful time staying in this home away from home. It had everything you would need to have a relaxing vacation. The view of the sea was perfect. The location was very safe and clean. Everything we needed was a short drive (or longer walk) away. The town was fun and just vibrant enough for us. We were able to do activities during the day and have a comfortable place to relax at night. The kitchen was stocked with essentials that made cooking much easier (no need to bring your own salt and pepper! or any seasoning! :). Peter and Lucy were always available if needed and Carmen was super helpful as well. Truly a gem! Would highly recommend!
