Una semana de descanso

Hemos estado una semana en la casa, excelente, muy recomendable. La casa, limpia, bien equipada y muy cómoda y práctica. La decoración hace que te sientas como en tu casa. Las vistas son excepcionales para los amantes del mar. La ubicación muy tranquila, silencio. Personas haciendo senderismo y cuidando de su salud. El pueblo está muy cerca con todos los servicios necesarios y muchas excursiones y planes variados si apetecen. Pero lo mejor que tiene es la atención de sus dueños, Peter y Lucy, atentos, acogedores, diligentes. Todo lo hacen fácil y la atención es increíble, también la de Carmen, persona que regenta la casa. Gracias de verdad por una semana donde hemos descansado, desconectado y cargado pilas para el tercer trimestre del curso escolar.

Una Experiencia Excelente

Esta vivienda es de primer nivel, nada mas entrar la vista del mar enamora, tanto desde el salón, como desde la cocina, la habitación principal y el solarium, habitaciones cómodas, Aire Acondicionado en toda la casa, organización excepcional y la atención de Peter y Lucy no solo es inmejorable, sino que el cuidado por los detalles y el apoyo es total. La ubicación es muy buena, porque es un sitio tranquilo, muy cerca de playas y restauranters. La experiencia es muy recomendable y seguramente repetiré con mi familia.

Fabuloso

El alojamiento está situado en una zona muy tranquila. El trato con los propietarios es exquisito y siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. El interior de la vivienda es perfecto y la decoración excelente. Te sientes como en casa. El exterior y sus vistas son "de película". Unas vacaciones relajadas para recuperar el stress del Covid-19.

Fantástica casa en idílico lugar.

Ha sido una experiencia inmejorable. La casa es estupenda, limpisima y no le falta de nada. Es como si estuvieses en tu propia casa. ¿Que decir de las vistas? Una postal, preciosas. Peter siempre solicito y Carmen y Jordi dispuestos para todo. Muchas gracias Peter. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Viel besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können, die Vermieter hervorragend und das Haus ebenso. Peter und seine Frau geben alles um Ihre Gäste zufrieden zu stellen und stehen im engem Kontakt mit Carmen der Hausverwalterin. Auch Carmen ist sehr freundlich und man verständigt sich aus einer Mischung von Spanisch, Englisch und Gesten, klappt alles hervorragend. Das Haus hat alles was man sich wünscht und bietet eine grandiose Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Pool ist zwar 50 m vom Haus entfernt und liegt sichtgeschützt hinter einer verschlossenen Tür, ist aber entsprechend groß und auch dieser wurde noch Mitte Oktober gepflegt. Das Haus ist arlamgesichert und hat einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei unseren Vermietern.

We had a lovely stay at this extremely comfortable house with the most amazing views. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops and other interesting towns to visit. The kitchen was so well supplied! And the beds were comfortable. Plus we loved the shower in the master bathroom. Peter, Lucy and Carmen were always available to help with any issues. Highly recommend this cozy home!

This is such a wonderful property that exceeded our expectations. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. The home and view is exceptional with so many lovely details that are normally missed in rentals. The property is further from town and the beach than Google says, but the path and roads are lovely and safe. We did not have a car, although having one is recommended, and walked to town and the beach and sometimes taxid home to save some uphill steps! Mostly we enjoyed all the walking and had a delightful stay. We hope to return to this property and town, both are true gems! Thank you for sharing your treasure! With our walking I will add our trip included individuals from age 59-82, so consider the source!

Our stay with Peter and Lucy was fantastic. This house had everything we needed, which made a lot of the things we packed unnecessary.Chairs, a beach umbrella, air conditioning, a gas barbecue, a stunning view of the sea… what more could you ask for? The house is fully equipped with everything you might need.The swimming pool was beautiful. Communication was excellent. We hope to return here very soon.Frans:Notre séjour chez Peter et Lucy a été fantastique. Cette maison avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ce qui a rendu beaucoup de nos affaires superflues.Chaises, parasol de plage, climatisation, barbecue au gaz, une vue magnifique sur la mer… que demander de plus ? La maison est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin.La piscine était splendide. Le contact a été très agréable. Nous espérons y revenir très bientôt.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub!

Wir haben hier 14 wunderbare Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hervorragend ausgestattet und vollständig klimatisiert – ideal für heiße Sommertage.Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend, und der großzügige Pool liegt idyllisch eingebettet in einer gepflegten Gartenanlage. Besonders angenehm: Der Pool war nie überfüllt und lud jederzeit zum Entspannen ein.Der Vor-Ort-Service durch Carmen war erstklassig – freundlich und hilfsbereit.Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen waren für uns die recht harten Matratzen – das ist aber sicher Geschmackssache.

Beautiful views, wonderful home, great owner!

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very communicative from start to finish. Let me start with the house - it is exactly as described, includes everything they list, is spacious, has parking for 2 cars, and has an outstanding view. The pool is 2 min away. It is close to the beach and the town. The owners were very responsive to any questions and, when we had a mishap at the airport and checked in late, were very accommodating.They left us basic necessities (coffee, bread, fruits, etc) which made us feel very welcome.Carmen, the housekeeper, was very helpful (Thank you!).We would definitely return if given the opportunity. I recommend it for a very relaxing stay at the Costa Brava.

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful in every way. The house and deck spaces were very well equipped. In fact, we were there during a recent blackout but did not have any worries as the house was equipped with flashlights and candles. If we wanted it, it was there. The nearby walking trails through the woods and along the coastline were delightful to explore.

Perfect family holiday in a great location

Perfect. We had a lovely family holiday in Maremar. The communication from Peter and Lucy was excellent throughout. The house exceeded our expectation and the views were amazing. Maremar was a great base to explore all that Girona and the Costa Brava has to offer. I would not hesiste to book again when returning to this area.

Exceptional Property!

Our family of (4) had a wonderful time staying in this home away from home. It had everything you would need to have a relaxing vacation. The view of the sea was perfect. The location was very safe and clean. Everything we needed was a short drive (or longer walk) away. The town was fun and just vibrant enough for us. We were able to do activities during the day and have a comfortable place to relax at night. The kitchen was stocked with essentials that made cooking much easier (no need to bring your own salt and pepper! or any seasoning! :). Peter and Lucy were always available if needed and Carmen was super helpful as well. Truly a gem! Would highly recommend!

Practical Paradise

We spent a month at Maremar. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn't long enough. We can't wait to come back! Peter and Lucy are fabulous hosts and the property manager, Carmen, is wonderful to work with. On the practical side the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's far enough from the center of towm to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the market. The location was perfect for day trips throughout the area. It's paradise! The views from the home are spectacular. San Feliu de Guixols is charming with so many places to visit and eat. We hiked for hours in the woods just outside the door. The location made it easy to travel to breathtaking destinations all along the coast and inland. We came in the off-season yet there was so much to do and see, that we were busy every day. We can't recommend Maremar and Peter and Lucy highly enough!

Perfect in November

We stayed 8 nights at Maremar and spent our days exploring Sant Feliu de Guixols and the villages along the Costa Brava. We loved Sant Feliu the most and could see ourselves coming back for extended stays. The home was very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. The location was excellent in both its proximity for walking to town and being in a quiet, private neighborhood. We spent hours on the patio in the mornings drinking our coffee and enjoying the view of the Mediterranean.

Family Retreat

We loved everything about this place. The views were spectacular. The house was extremely clean and the four bedrooms and three baths provided all we needed as a family. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything one needed to cook well. Our communication with the owners could not have been better. They literally made every step as welcoming and easy as possible. Also everything functioned perfectly. And we felt fully secure. Also a great location for touring in this area. When we next return to the Costa Brava region we will definitely check this out to see if it is available. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing house in beautiful location

We loved this house. The views are spectacular. Peter and Lucy were such attentive hosts. Carmen the housekeeper kept the place spotless and made us very welcome. I can’t think of a better rental experience in 30 years of holiday lets. The house is very well appointed - everything worked - and Sant Feliu is a proper Spanish town - not just a tourist resort. We can’t wait to return. Ten out of ten!
