Amazing view

Wonderfull place for the whole family. The chef was really good and the yoga session was a great way to start the day. The pool area was perfect.

Villa Cungi is A-mazing! Just left and we are wanting to return already.

Gorgeous Property. Fit our family of 32 very comfortably. Views are stunning, and it's 10 minutes to town for groceries and other conveniences. The property manager, Chiara is absolutely THE BEST! Do yourself a favor and stay at villa Cungi.

Fantastiskt ställe!

Bra boende om man är många. Utsikten är otrolig. Det var städat, rent och fräscht när vi kom. Alla rum har egen toalett och dusch. Vissa rum hade också kök.

Dream wedding venue

We had the most memorable wedding at the Venue. Chiara made planning an Italian wedding from the UK simple. All our guests couldn't believe how stunning the scenery was. The pool was lovely too. The only downside were the mosquitos who ravaged everyone and we were not able to leave windows open because of the bugs- not sure how that could be fixed though. Overall amazing stay and we would come back.

Die beste Unterkunft aller Zeiten!

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Villa Cungi, bzw. der Agriturismo La Conca gefeiert. Es war das schönste Wochenende unseres Lebens! Chiara hat die Hochzeit für uns mitorganosiert und ist die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Es lief einfach nur perfekt! Auch so ist diese Unterkunft zu 100% zu empfehlen, es ist einfach unglaublich!! Vielen Dank an Chiara und die gesamte Agriturismo La Conca für diese unvergessliche Zeit :)

Villa Cungi was the most incredible venue and residence for our wedding! The villa is a true Tuscan gem—rustic yet elegant, with stunning architecture and breathtaking views in every direction. Each private room with its own bathroom made our stay comfortable and stress-free, and our guests were absolutely enchanted by the charm and beauty of the property. The olive grove, pizza oven, and pool provided charming activities and the group dining room brought guests together. The setting created the most magical atmosphere for our wedding celebration—romantic, authentic, and unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. We couldn’t have imagined a better place to host such a special occasion. Chiara is the perfect host and doubled as our coordinator. She is so skilled in what she does, and coordinated great vendors with timeliness and organization. If you’re looking for a gorgeous, authentic Italian villa experience, Villa Cungi is simply unmatched. We will cherish the memories made here forever!

Perfection!

We spent 6 days here as a wedding celebration. We were 30 adults, 1 little baby and a dog. The place is incredible and has so much charm to it! First few days we were preparing for the symbolic wedding which we did on the 4th day of our stay. We had a few amazing pool parties, some of the guests went to explore the nearby cities, some helped woth the decorations and so on. Everyone was so happy to be in this villa as it does have an amazing aura. The host Chiara is amazing, she was very welcoming and helped along the way. On the wedding day she and the chef came to the villa and organized our celebration perfectly. The chef which was recommended by Chiara was amazing, so if you need recommendations you can definitely count on her. So all in all our wedding was just perfect and we are so happy that we trusted this villa as a location with Chiara as a host. Also worth to mention - the sunsets are amazing, the main kitchen is very good for cooking for large groups, also some apartments have their little kitchens as well which is a good touch. We had no problems with communication, internet, the weather was also perfect. So personally I cannot reccoment this place enough, it’ just amazing!

Truly excellent stay at villa cungi

We stayed 30 people for one week at Cungi. The House is beautiful, the rooms spacious and the location spectacular. All communications with Chiara was friendly, professional and she always replied quickly to our questions. We would love to come back soon.

Absolutely Amazing.

We had a family reunion for 27/people this last week and had an amazing time at cungi. Chairi is fantastic and so generous and helpful and her mother is delightful and welcoming. The villa is first class and we felt taken care of an spoilt all week. If you want an amazing vacation in Tuscany, this is the place to stay.

So much more than I imagined. Stunning.

Had the most memorable holiday ever. My daughter got married in the local town and the rest was held at the villa. I could not of chose a better place. All my guests loved it and we're sad to leave. I still miss the place now. Thanks Chiara. You were lovely to deal with.

What a place!

We hired Villa Cungi for our recent wedding as it offered not only the perfect place to accommodate all our guests (33 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child and 2 babies), but also hold the wedding party on its beautiful terrace with amazing views. Chiara was there to support us from the outset. We were given superb recommendations of all suppliers for the wedding. My bombardment of constant emails were returned promptly and with all the information I needed to make me feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived every room was clean, tidy and ready for our us and our guests. The well equipped kitchen made communal cooking easy and our Pizza night (using the Pizza oven) was the most fun I’ve had cooking in years. Obviously the industrial dishwasher was a massive bonus! Our wedding day was perfect. We were given everything we needed to prepare the area for the wedding so it was to our exact requirements. Ladders so we could put up lights, paint so we could make signs, Rosemary from Chiara’s garden for additional table decorations. Chiara even printed out all my various lists, timetables (and even vows). Nothing was too much trouble. We were given access to a storage area so we could remove tables and chairs not being used for the wedding from view. Chiara’s mum was even kind enough to let us use her industrial iron. The day after the wedding we were so lucky to be able to celebrate a 40th birthday and we made full use of the pool and later the BBQ on the terrace. All our guests had a wonderful time. Some used it as a base to do day trips including Siena, Florence, Rimini, Arezzo and Anghiari. Some used it as a place to relax and chill out. Some went walking on the wonderful grounds and used the local fishing lake. The villa really did offer ‘something for everyone’. Sansepolcro itself is a wonderful little town with lots of local amenities and shops. There are a number of lovely bars and restaurants and its well worth a visit on a weekend evening when everything seems to come alive. There is something very special about the Villa. It offers a place of calm, tranquillity, peace at the same time as offering community and fun and laughter. It will always hold a piece of my heart.

The villa was phenomenal! The views were gorgeous and the property was very comfortable!

We were there as a large family reunion and it was amazing! The kitchen was sufficient to cook for all 33 of us and there were large picnic tables to accommodate all of us both inside and outside with gorgeous views of the countryside! The pool was amazing and very clean with beautiful views. There was no air conditioning, but with the windows open, the breeze was sufficient. The only thing we might recommend would be screens on the windows. Chiara and her brother were very sweet and helpful throughout. The property is far enough from the town of Sansepolcro to feel like you're out in the countryside, but close enough for a quick drive to the grocery stores and restaurants.
