An OK stay; good location
We were in the "Urban" room. Overall the stay was OK, but organizing the check-in was a bit hectic. I was asked to schedule a time, which was fine, and suggested 3pm, which then was unilaterally changed by the guesthouse to 2:30pm "max", which meant I needed to change my train schedule to Sanremo last minute to arrive earlier. The room was in mostly clean and in good shape, but the sink filled up easily and drained slowly and the shower stall doors do not properly function. The rollers have almost entirely detached from the runners, so you have to lift the door into place. With a few small repairs, my score would be much better.

Good Hotel - but read the small print
The hotel was central & everywhere was easily accessible. It was clean, staff were friendly & the room was kept topped up with snacks. However, I was surprised to be contacted the day before to be told I had to pay in cash even though room was secured on credit card!! I then had to make appointment to check-in as there isn’t a receptionist there all the time. This was quite stressful as the trains were on strike so we kept having to re-arrange our arrival time to schedule our 15minute slot to check-in. Finally, the breakfast is at a cafe down the street & you’re only entitle to one croissant, coffee & a bottle of water!

Nettes Personal, geräumiges Zimmer, alles sauber, herausragende Lage. Unser Zimmer war nahe dem Eingang, daher hat man viele Geräusche vom Flur gehört, aber dünne Wände gibt es in Italien überall:) Lecker Frühstück im naheliegenden Café, bezahlt mit Gutschein. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

This place is a scam. We stayed at 30 different hotels/B&Bs in Italy in 35 days and this is the ONLY one with a completely unreasonable check-in policy. The person we dealt with "Cettina" is the most unaccommodating, unreasonable person I have dealt with in many years. First, she will talk only by text, not voice - she hangs up the phone if you call. The day before check in the conversation went something like this (all by text): Her: please tell me the exact time you will be here to check in otherwise we will not let you into the property. Me: I cannot do that - I am traveling and I may want to stop or get a flat tire, etc. I will be there between 3 and 6pm and it's OK if it takes you 30 minutes to let me in. Her: unacceptable - I will not let you in unless you tell me the exact time. Me: I cannot predict my exact arrival time - I am on vacation, not on a train schedule. Her: tough luck. I will not accommodate you. Me: I'd like to cancel the reservation. Her: tough luck. I asked Expedia for a cancellation (more than 24 hours in advance). Expedia called and talked with her in Italian. She refused a refund. Clearly this is a side-hustle for Cettina - she must have some other scams she also runs since this hotel is not a priority for her. I cannot recommend you book or stay at a hotel with such unreasonable staff. I would assume that things such as washing the sheets, and towels are met with similar behavior. Do not be fooled by the fake good reviews.

Posizione centralissima!
Posizione strategica per lo shopping o anche per le passeggiate in centro o sul lungomare sanremese. In isola pedonale a 200m dal teatro Ariston, e a 400m dal Casinò Municipale. un pò più scomodo il parcheggio perchè nei pressi è solo sulle strisce blu, ma spostandosi un pò si trova anche "free". La camera tripla è ampia e comoda e sembra essere restaurato di recente. Il bagno ha una bella doccia accessoriata con massaggiatore. Non c'è la portineria ma il servizio di consegna chiavi è stato puntuale. La colazione (inclusa) è disponibile presso un bar a pochi passi dall'hotel. Se non si vuole usare l'auto è perfetto!

SanRemo was 2de keuze. Frankrijk kleurde rood. Maar zo'n levendige stad. Mooie plaatsen. Ongelooflijke solden (septembre). Mooi winkel/wandel straat. Stranden te voet bereikbaar. Oude gedeelte La Pigna, is adembenemend (letterlijk en figuurlijk). Een boek, piazza, muziek uit een huis, ...."lost in paradize" Een aperitief gaat gepaard met "tapa's" in overvloed. SanRemo + SanremoInn overtroffen onze verwachtingen

L’hotel si trova nel cuore di Sanremo, dentro via Matteotti e a due passi dall’Ariston. Le camere sono molto pulite ed igienizzate ad ozono. I titolari sono molto simpatici ed accoglienti. Ottima la presenza di kit come spazzolino e dentifricio.

Not very accurate....
The so called hotel includes 6 rooms on the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor there are doctors rooms and above, 3rd, 4th.... flats of private people. We received a bunch of keys for the entrance door downsrairs, for the entrance to the "hotel" and for the room. No security, just occasionally saw the cleaning lady who keeps the place really clean. There was no breakfast in the "hotel" as specified. We were sent to a coffee bar, 2 blocks away, for a coffee and a cake....

Court séjour à Sanremo
Séjour d’une nuit à Sanremo dans un secteur bien situé pour explorer. La chambre était impeccable! Notre chambre faisait face à la rue piétonne qui peut être un peu bruyante mais sans nous déranger. On n’hésiterait pas de réserver de nouveau.

Good location, but issues with room and complex
We stopped at the Sanremo Inn for just 2 nights on the 4th to the 6th July 2018. We were impressed with the positive comments, but after our visit we ended up more disappointed than impressed. I felt somethings should be highlighted to travellers. I have tried to be fair and mention positive aspects in addition to the negative ones. Please bear in mind these comments are based on a 2 night stay only, I will leave it with you did stay for longer than ourselves. The room is large, but the bathroom was very small, so much so you have to open the door fully to enter and leave the bathroom. Furthermore the shower unit is of a poor quality and the knobs to the sliding doors kept dropping off. Add to this you had to straddle the toilet when seated, as the shower cubicle was so close and you get the picture of the room overall. Other bathrooms might be different in other rooms, but this is so much more frustrating as the room itself could have been adapted to allow for a larger bathroom. Given our room was right at the front of the complex, it was noisy, make sure you are not on the main street. Why the air conditioning unit, was positioned directly down into the bed area of the room escapes me, my partner was way too cold during the night The owner & cleaner come around between 9&11am to clean the rooms. Please put the door indicator on to avoid being interrupted. We did not spot it originally, and left the room to be told to come back in 20 mins, which ended up 40 mins

About the knobs of the shower's sliding doors, we changed them as soon as we noticed they were broken (after your departure), but it would have been so simple to inform us about the issue... :-) The air conditioning unit is equipped with the adjustable split that you can stop and regulate to avoid the direct air jet. This particular room overlooks the main street of Sanremo, with the view on the centre of the city; it can be a plus for some, a disadvantage for you... Probably if I had given you a room with the back view now I would be reading a review with complaints about the lack of city view. Thank you so much again for your criticism, perhaps a little too heavy (2*)... we take note of the tips to improve our services and facilities. Très belle endroit, propre et bien tenu avec un très bon accueil. Bien placé et moderne, le seul point faible est de trouver le lieux car rien ne laisse indique que l'hôtel se trouve au 2e étage de l'immeuble.

LA CHAMBRE SE SITUE DANS UNE GRANDE ET ANCIENNE BÂTISSE DU CENTRE PIÉTON DE SAN REMO.Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café pas très loin.Le seul problème c'est les parkings,tous payants et parfois très chers.

family holidays with my children
Excellent place to stay in the centre of the town in the main road of shopping area. Ideal for families,safe area in walking distance from the sea. You need taxi if you are coming with train.The flat is on the second floor and there is a code or a key to open the main door.After you will use the second key to entry for the reception. There is a third key to get to the flat,but that is not a problem.You can use the drinks of the fridge ,cokes and water- free of charge. The bed is extra large and very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the corner by a cafe place, It serve tasty sandwiches and coffee. For sure come back soon.

Vacanza relax
È un ottima struttura con camere moderne molto pulite e spaziose .Ottma posizione Addirittura frigo a libera consumazione . Molto gentile la proprietaria .Unico neo la colazione perché il bar convenzionato non è chiaro in cosa comprende il buono dato dalla proprietaria e nel nostro caso già un succo era fuori badge avendo usufruito solo di un caffè e una brioche

Fantastisch, mitten in der Fußgängerzone.
Super schönes, ruhiges Zimmer. Modern und sehr sauber! Freundliche deutschsprachige Inhaberin. Kameraüberwachtes Parkhaus Fußläufg in max. 10 Minuten zu erreichen für 50€ pro Woche. Frühstück in kleiner, italienischer Bar ums Eck.

Hôtel propre et bien situé
En plein centre ville, donnant sur une rue piétonne, chambre jolie, propre et bien équipée. Personnel accueillant même si nécessité de prendre rdv pour l'arrivée. Petit déjeuner dans un bar à 2 pas de l'hôtel (1 boisson chaude et 1 viennoiserie). A les désagréments de ses avantages : en plein centre + rue animée = un peu bruyant.
