On the Sanremo Seafront (Nonna Mary Apt.)

In the heart of Sanremo’s city center and just a few steps from the sea, NONNA MARY APARTMENT offers a practical and cozy accommodation for those wishing to experience the magic of the Riviera dei Fiori. Located near the Forte di Santa Tecla and the city beaches, it’s the perfect base for exploring the charm of the coast and the lively energy of the town.

The studio, compact yet well organized, consists of a single room featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and a comfortable double bed. The neutral tones of the laminate flooring and walls create a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day spent enjoying the sun, sea, and beautiful views. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, ensures comfort and convenience.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.



The apartment does not include a private parking space, but guests can conveniently park in the large former train station parking lot located just across the street.



Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

NONNA MARY APARTMENT is located on the Sanremo seafront, just steps from the famous Teatro Ariston and the city's main attractions. The nearby old town streets are full of charm, with boutiques, cafés, and restaurants serving traditional Ligurian specialties. Just a few minutes' walk away you’ll find the renowned Casino (7 minutes), the seafront Passeggiata dell’Imperatrice (10 minutes), and the beautiful beaches (from 4 to 15 minutes), ideal for a day of sun and relaxation. Also nearby is the elegant Russian Orthodox Church, with its onion-shaped domes — a reminder of Sanremo’s historic ties with the Russian aristocracy. Not far away, visitors can step into the enchanting atmosphere of La Pigna, Sanremo’s medieval district, with its narrow uphill alleys, panoramic views, and ancient architecture. How to get there:

By car, take the A10 motorway towards Ventimiglia. After about 140 km, take the Arma di Taggia or Sanremo Est exit; the apartment can be reached in 10 minutes.

By train, from Genova Piazza Principe station, take the Regionale Veloce 3364 towards Ventimiglia, stopping in Sanremo (14 stops, about 2 hours).
