2. with 2 single beds, satellite TV + balcony.
3. with double sofa bed
Large shower / bath upstairs.
Guest toilet in the basement.
Large living room with fireplace and satellite TV with adjacent dining room, and access to the winter garden and terrace.
Large eat-in kitchen, complete. equipped.
Side room with washer and dryer (use included in the price).
Separate entrance.
For your children are ready kids play area and a large trampoline on the lawn for shared use.

The accommodation is centrally located in the center.
Station and shops all within walking distance.

The price is for 4 people in two bedrooms. For a fifth and sixth person in. 3 Bedroom we charge 5 € / person./ Night. A baby / toddler or two years bleary-eyed for free in the parents' bedroom. A baby travel bed can be placed.
There are 40 € for the final cleaning.
As in villas usual, you can bring your own bed linen, table and kitchen linen, or this (and towels) for hire.
Incidental costs are covered only by the electricity used by you. Zt. With 30 ct / Kwh (cost price) to calculate.
Use of the sauna included in the electricity price
City tax, washing machines and dryer use, parking fees or other costs do not apply.
