Our inn is situated in a scenic location on the outskirts of the health resort of St. Englmar in the Bavarian Forest—the ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours.
The town also offers a wide range of recreational activities, such as: the summer toboggan run with a roller coaster, the treetop walk, a climbing park, the Xperium (World of Perceptions), and a spa park with swimming facilities.
Our winters will also delight you: over 100 km of groomed cross-country ski trails, 12 ski lifts (some with floodlights), 2 toboggan runs (one with a tow lift), and 45 km of cleared hiking trails. Let yourself be enchanted by a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through the glittering winter wonderland.

The local visitor’s tax is payable on site—adults €2.30, children aged
6–15 years €1.40 per person per day.
